Former AMC executive producer,
Felicia Minei Behr has been named the Senior Vice President of Programming for ABC daytime. The Emmy-winning Behr's career in the soaps spans some three decades, with stops at All My Children, Ryan's Hope and, most recently,
As The World Turns. Behr will take over for Dona Cooper, who is leaving the position at the end of the summer.
