It's looking increasingly likely that All My Children and One Life to Live fans will see the return of their beloved soaps in 2013. Agnes Nixon, the creator of both soaps, has issued a statement about the transition of the soaps to the Internet.

Emmy winner Billy J. Miller has signed on to play Billy Abbott for at least a little while longer. The actor, whose contract talks have become an annual "Will he or won't he?" has inked a new Y&R contract. Miller joined The Young and the Restless in 2008.

Emmy winner Debbi Morgan is headed back to Pine Valley. The actress revealed on Twitter that she's agreed to appear on the web-based version of AMC when it returns. Morgan first appeared as Angie Hubbard in 1982. She's also appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful, Generations, Port Charles, and The Young and the Restless.

Prospect Park has confirmed that All My Children and One Life to Live will be returning to the airwaves later this year. Production of both soaps will begin in February and they will be broadcast on an newly developed Internet-based entertainment channel.

All My Children's bold online venture has another Emmy winner on its roster. Jordi Vilasuso announced on Soap Central Live that he's signed with Prospect Park for its AMC reboot. Vilasuso joined AMC in November 2010. He also appeared on Guiding Light.

Cameron Mathison has kept busy since All My Children wrapped in 2011. Now the actor is working on a new holiday film, but says he hopes he'll also be able to return for the show's online reboot. Mathison debuted on AMC in 1998.
