Soap hunk in agreement to sell gorgeous NYC pad

Fancy a beautiful brownstone owned by a daytime hunk for Christmas? Put it on your wish list, and you just might get lucky, because All My Children's Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery) has put his NYC home up for sale.

136 W. 130th Street will soon be home sweet no longer home for All My Children star Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery), who has reportedly put his sprawling NYC brownstone located at that address on the market.

The current Entertainment Tonight correspondent and his wife, Vanessa, are selling the Harlem pad for $2.89 million. According to the NY Post, the property boasts a home theater with surround sound, a Mexican-Zen stone garden with an outdoor waterfall, outdoor seating, and irrigated landscaping. In addition, the home has personalized renovation details done by Mathison himself during his time as host of the reality TV show Game of Homes.

Prior to his work in TV journalism, Mathison starred on ABC's now defunct soap All My Children from 1998 to 2011. He most recently starred in Murder She Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery, opposite Days of our Lives star Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady).

UPDATE:
Cameron reached out to Soap Central to tell us that the Post article was "[N]ot accurate. We are in contract to sell but for different price :)"
