Damian's time in Oakdale is drawing to a close. After nearly a year on As the World Turns, Paolo Seganti will be leaving the show. The actor first appeared as Damian in 1993. He's made several short-term appearances in recent years.

For the second time in about a week, All My Children has announced the return of a fan-favorite performer. Two-time Emmy winner Cady McClain will return to the ABC soap later this year in the iconic role of Dixie Cooney. Unanswered is whether or not Dixie is alive or dead.

Stuart Damon will join the cast of Days of our Lives later this year. The Emmy-winning actor appeared for 30 years as Alan Quartermaine on General Hospital and appeared for several weeks last year on As the World Turns. His new DAYS gig will reunite him with a former on-screen relative.
Judi Evans

Judi Evans is headed back to Days of our Lives to reprise one of her two Emmy-nominated roles. Evans will return as Adrienne Kiriakis this spring, a role she last played in January 2008. She also appeared as Bonnie Lockhart for four years. Evans has also appeared on Another World, Guiding Light, and As the World Turns.
Meredith Hagner

As the World Turns is now confirming that Meredith Hagner has vacated the role of Liberty. The show has opted to recast the role, and newcomer Sarah Wilson will take over starting in mid-March.
Daniel Cosgrove

It's been four months since As the World Turns announced that it had signed former Guiding Light star Daniel Cosgrove to a contract. This month the two-time Emmy nominee finally makes his first appearance as Chris Hughes. In addition to his work on Guiding Light, Cosgrove also appeared on All My Children.

Colleen Zenk Pinter was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in Connecticut. The actress agree to a sobriety test, which police say she failed. The actress is due in court later this month.
Billy Warlock

Former Days of our Lives and General Hospital star Billy Warlock will appear on As the World Turns later this year. Once in Oakdale, the actor will be reunited with his real-life wife, Julie Pinson.
Marie Wilson

When As the World Turns airs its final episode in September, it may very well be doing so without some of its current castmembers. Marie Wilson has reportedly taped her last scenes with the show.
Noelle Beck

According to show sources, Noelle Beck has dropped to recurring status as Lily Snyder on As the World Turns. The move has many speculating that another Lily might soon be returning.

Soap veteran Mary Beth Evans is headed back to As the World Turns. The actress, who just finished taping a guest stint on Days of our Lives, was last seen on ATWT in 2005. She'll resurface in July.
Helen Wagner

Helen Wagner, an original As the World Turns castmember, has died. She was 91. The actress won a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Daytime Emmys in 2004, and she is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Larry Bryggman

With time winding down, As the World Turns fans have a list of actors that they'd like to see return to the show before it goes dark forever. One of those actors, Larry Bryggman, will be back this summer to reprise the role of John Dixon. Bryggman was last seen on-screen in 2004.

According to a published report, Noelle Beck offered to step aside as As the World Turns' Lily Snyder in order to allow Emmy winner Martha Byrne the chance to step back into the role before the show's finale.
Daniel Cosgrove

Daniel Cosgrove will reprise the role of Scott Chandler on All My Children later this year. News of the actor's imminent return has been circulating for at least a week, but his return to Pine Valley has now been confirmed. Cosgrove, who has also appeared on As the World Turns and Guiding Light, will succeed Adam Mayfield, who was released by ABC earlier this month.

One Life to Live is shifting its lineup. Just days after the show announced that it had cast Josh Kelly as its new Joey Buchanan, the ABC soap has re-recast the role. Former As the World Turns actor Tom Degnan will now play Joey -- but Kelly is sticking around. He'll play a newly created role.
