Actor Alan White joined the cast of As The World Turns on July 17, 2002 as Chris Hughes.

The native of Denver, Colorado originally attended North Park University located in Chicago, Illinois. Later, he transferred to Miami University in Ohio, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian from Novgorod State University. In addition to modeling, he utilized his charisma as a sales representative, and his entrepreneurial spirit to become a website developer. After a few appearances in commercials for products such as Pepsi, Nordstrom's and Paul Mitchell, the model-turned-actor landed his first major role on As The World Turns.

Father of three-year old Tate, Alan's birthday is June 10.
