Relive how it all began on B&B

Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful can relive how the show began way back in 1987. For the very first time, the CBS soap has released its first 16 episodes on DVD.

In the year of its 25th anniversary, The Bold and the Beautiful continues to release more and more goodies for its fans -- all just in time for the holidays. From books to DVD sets, it's sure to be a "Bold and Beautiful" holiday season for naughty and nice fans alike.

On November 5, 2012, The Bold and the Beautiful released How it All Began, a DVD set containing the first 16 episodes of the awarding-winning soap opera. The collection follows the September release of the show's first DVD compilation, Most Shocking Moments.

The episode compilations are fitting ties to the show's 25th anniversary celebration, which will also see the release of a photo book featuring rare and seldom-seen photos from B&B's past. The book goes on sale on November 13.

With the departure of two long-standing actors from the B&B canvas, the release of How it All Began seems to be a fitting homage to veterans Susan Flannery and Ronn Moss, who helped shaped the show.

The DVD set transports fans back to the glamour and romance of Los Angeles and the glory days of Forrester Creations and Spencer Publications. The episodes allow viewers to reacquaint themselves with the Forrester, Logan, and Spencer families, who became the central focus of the 25-year drama.
