You'll want to be watching He's Watching this weekend, not only because it stars popular daytime actress Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton, Days of our Lives; ex-Caroline Spencer, The Bold and the Beautiful) -- or at least we think it does, but more on that later -- but also because it sounds super creepy.
The Lifetime film, scheduled to premiere on Sunday, September 2, follows Angela (Godfrey), who's on the partnership track at her prestigious wealth management firm and is engaged to the perfect man. Her perfect life takes a turn for the worse, however, when her college boyfriend Kyle (Tilky Jones) suddenly reappears.
Kyle had proposed to Angela after graduation and she turned him down -- she wasn't ready to commit to one person and wanted to focus on her career. Now Kyle is a famous photographer and is very wealthy. He hires Angela to manage his money, and what begins as a strict business relationship soon turns into a heated affair. But as Angela begins to spend more and more time with Kyle, she realizes that this trip down memory lane may be a disastrous mistake. When her life suddenly takes a downward spiral, Angela is forced to confront the fact that Kyle no longer be the sweet, gentleman of her past.
"A huge thank you to [MarVista Entertainment] for letting be apart of this wonderful project!" Godfrey shared on Instagram. "I had the joy of working with some amazing actors and made a bunch of friends along the way!"

In tweet to promote the film, Godfrey noted that her cable system's program guide was using a photo of her friend Kelly Kruger to promote the film.
Godfrey became famous in the soap opera world as B&B's Caroline Spencer, a role she played from 2012 to 2017. She was recently cast as DAYS' Sarah Horton, who is Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) and Mickey Horton's (Kevin Dobson) daughter. The actress reportedly began filming at the NBC soap in May, meaning her debut as Sarah will likely happen sometime in late fall.
