Ah, the joys of Christmas. Santa is set to deliver many wonderful things this year, including toys for little girls and boys all over the world... and Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester) for The Bold and the Beautiful fans.
CBS Soaps In Depth reports that the Tennessee native will be dropping back onto the B&B scene on Tuesday, December 25. And while it hasn't been revealed whether or not the actress is returning full-time or if her visit will be brief, she's thrilled to be back at the soap she originally joined back in 2004.
"I have a really deep affinity for B&B," the actress says, adding: "With Bridget, I think there's plenty of story to tell."
Jones's first stint as Ashley ran from 2004 until 2010. She returned to the CBS soap opera for a few months on recurring status from October 2011 to February 2012 and has made several guest appearances since that time. She was last seen on-screen earlier this September, when Bridget came home to attend her Aunt Katie and brother Thorne Forrester's wedding.
Jones's other soap roles include General Hospital's Parker Forsythe and The Young and the Restless' Megan Dennison. Her primetime credits include True Blood, 90210, and Major Crimes.
