Eric is in Brooke's office, where he is unsure how Brooke and Nick plan to convince Bridget that Nick and Brooke don't have feelings for each other. Brooke tells Eric that the feelings she had for Nick are gone now and they must all focus on Bridget's happiness. Dante interrupts them and Eric leaves, headed for his office. When Eric gets to his office, he finds Bridget waiting on him. She is frustrated that she is always finding Nick and Brooke alone together. Bridget hates her insecurities and asks her dad for reassurance. Eric is obviously torn between telling her the truth and protecting her feelings. He tells her to keep her eyes open and to come to him if she needs to talk. Bridget gets a page from the hospital and leaves.

Back in Brooke's office, Dante asks her if Bridget's test had gone on longer, how long it would have taken for Brooke and Nick to sleep together. Brooke is upset that he would ask her that and tells him how committed she is to Bridget's happiness. Dante gets a call and starts talking on his cell phone. Eric calls Brooke and tells her that Bridget was just there. Eric thinks Bridget should know the truth, but Brooke asks him for one more day to prove to Bridget that she's gone on with her life. When Brooke and Dante finish their phone calls, Brooke asks Dante to help her clear her head by spending the day with her.

Phoebe comes into Gaby's room and tells her that she is the reason that Ridge moved out. Phoebe asks her to move to Phoenix with some distant cousins.

At Taylor's, Thomas, the twins and Gaby come downstairs for breakfast. Gaby tells Thomas what Phoebe said to her and Thomas tells Gaby that Phoebe found the condom wrapper. Taylor enters and everyone sits down for breakfast. Phoebe tells everyone that Gaby is moving to Phoenix, but Gaby denies it. Phoebe tells Taylor that she should know what's really going on and shows her the condom wrapper. Taylor sends the twins upstairs and angrily tells Thomas and Gaby how upset she is. She calls INS and tells them that the marriage is a fraud. Thomas pleads with her not to do it as Gaby cries.

Nick places a call to Brooke but is rebuffed by her when she tells him to go and make Bridget and his baby happy. He needs to focus on them now. She hangs up and tells herself that she is going to do whatever is necessary to ensure her daughter's happiness.

Eric meets with Nick and wants to know about his feelings for his daughter and what he intends to do. He knows that Nick and Brooke have expressed their feelings for each other and wants to know how he intends to keep them from Bridget. If he isn't sure, Eric tells him that he is going to Bridget with the truth.

Thomas, Gaby and Taylor continue arguing over what to do with the situation that was created first out of wanting to help Gaby. Thomas tells his mother that if she is going to make Gaby leave then he is going also. Thomas tells Gaby to pack their clothes. As they prepare to walk out the door, Agent Dunn is standing there. He is there to confirm what Taylor called him about. Taylor again tells Agent Dunn that the wedding was only to get Gaby her green card. Thomas says that it all has changed now. They love each other. Agent Dunn tells them Gaby is on her way out and as Thomas prepares to follow, the door is opened to expose yet another person there to help, but this time it is Gaby that made the call.

Eric told Nick that Brooke begged him for one more night to settle this thing. She intends to prove to Bridget that Nick is not a factor in her life anymore.

Dante and Brooke continue their conversation as she starts to come on to him. He tells her that her daughter is beautiful but not to sell herself short either. Dante tells her that she is a person who loves deeply, hurts deeply, and it causes her nothing but one complication after another. She asks Dante if he is still in love with her daughter. He tells Brooke that Bridget was only interested in Nick and never responded to his advances. Brooke continues to tell Dante that she is through with Nick and that Bridget needs to know that. Perhaps, he could help tell her that, but he wants proof, and so Brooke, (the mother) gives it to him, by passionately planting a kiss on Dante.

Gaby's help is there to confirm that if Agent Dunn proceeds with this case, public opinion will not be on their side. It will be the story of two young lovers against a disgruntled mother-in-law. Taylor is furious but Agent Dunn says that under the circumstances there is nothing more he can do, since the marriage has been consummated. Score one for Gaby and Thomas, which brings out the beast in Taylor.
