Aaron hails from Rochester, New York where he was born and raised. He received his B.F.A. in acting and directing from Ithaca College. Aaron did a lot of acting in New York and in regional theatre and appeared in several television commercials for ten years before moving to Los Angeles. He has appeared in numerous feature films and several primetime television shows. He is probably best known to daytime fans from The Young and the Restless, where he created the role of Dr. Tim Reid.
