Vet Pescow Joins as Gertrude

Donna Pescow has joined the cast of General Hospital in the role of Gertrude, who is the step-aunt of
Chloe Morgan. Her first appearance was on July 2, 1999.
Although she may be new to General Hospital, this talented actress is not new to the big or small screen. In 1977 she played the part of trampy yet insecure Annette, who drove John Travolta crazy in "Saturday Night Fever." From there she went on to star in the television series "Angie" which aired on ABC in the late 70's to early 80's. Pescow has also appeared in daytime drama. In 1983, she played the role of Dr. Lynn Carson on All My Children.
Not only has this multi-talented actress appeared before the camera, Pescow has worked behind the camera as well. In 1991 she directed the syndicated television show "Harry and the
Hendersons" and made notable TV Guest appearances on "NYPD Blue" in 1993 and "Clueless" in 1996.
