Jax and Courtney begin their honeymoon. Courtney asks Jax to wait for her while she goes to their suite to change. While in the elevator, Courtney runs into Coleman who compliments her on her attire then refers to her as Daisy, the name she used when she stripped for him. Courtney is not pleased. Undaunted, Coleman begins talking of the past which leads to talk of the present. Courtney is rather surprised to learn that Coleman is seeing Tracy. As he exits the elevator, Coleman admits that he always thought she'd be with Jason. Once in the suite, Courtney quickly changes into a sexy black teddy, matching stockings and garters. When room service arrives with her tray, Courtney asks for them to leave it by the door. Assured that there isn't anyone in the hallway after listening for sound, Courtney opens the door to retrieve the cart. She props the door open but as she steps out into the hallway the door closes behind her. Courtney decides her only option would be to go to the lobby and seek assistance. She returns to the elevator. During its descent, it stops and another guest steps on. It's Coleman again. He remarks that he prefers her new "French Wench" look more than her wedding finery. Courtney is frustrated with her luck. She impatiently presses buttons hoping to speed up the elevator but it ends up stopping.
As Jax waits in Metro Court, Skye takes a moment to wish him well. They discuss their own brief marriage before they are interrupted by Tracy who offers Jax an insincere congratulation. Skye returns the favor by bringing up Tracy's new relationship with Coleman. After joins Nik at a nearby table to discuss the return of his millions, Skye and Jax are joined by Alexis. They enjoy a visit until Ric arrives and Alexis excuses herself.
Ric runs into Reese. She's returning to her room while he's on his way to Metro Court to see Alexis. Reese tells him that her relationship with Sonny is over before it had a chance to start. Ric is sympathetic.
At Metro Court, Ric and Alexis discuss getting a divorce in the Dominican Republic. They realize that they would have a difficult time obtaining one in the US. They discuss grounds for a divorce, realizing that they don't have any until Alexis jokingly brings up adultery. Finding Ric's reactions rather suspect, Alexis becomes suspicious and asks him if he has slept with anyone since they split up.
At another table, Jax is interrupted when a hotel employee tells him about the stuck elevator. Jax goes to investigate. Tracy bumps into him at the elevator. When they hear the occupants inside, Tracy recognizes Coleman's voice. Jax then recognizes Courtney's voice. He tells her that help is on the way and to hold tight. When help finally does arrive, Courtney shouts for Jax to get his jacket ready for her. The moment the elevator doors open, Courtney goes to a waiting and smiling Jax. They return to their suite where Jax offers to carry Courtney over the threshold. Courtney groans and laughs when the door closes on them. She lets him know that he will be the one returning for the lobby but Jax reminds her that he owns the hotel and therefore has a key to the room which he promptly gives her. They return inside where they happily spend their wedding night.
Sonny is standing nearby when he hears Carly propose to Lorenzo. When Lorenzo asks about Sonny, Carly assures him that she will always love Sonny as the father of her children but that Sonny is not the man she wants. Lorenzo is that man. Sonny walks away upon hearing those words. Lorenzo meanwhile surprises Carly when he tells her that he can't marry her. He feels that Carly is only proposing to get back at Sonny for Reese. He loves her but he refuses to take advantage of her pain, nor is he willing to let her do that to their love.
Lorenzo goes to Metro Court where Skye sees him at the bar. She quickly learns that Carly had proposed to him. Skye encourages Lorenzo to marry Carly. She advises him to take a chance or he may possibly regret it later. Skye's speech convinces Lorenzo to go see Carly.
Jason isn't certain how convincing he will be about Michael seeing a specialist given his own feelings about therapists and in particular Dr. Thomas. His discusses things with Sam and then decides to go talk to Sonny. Sam meanwhile pays Emily a visit. During the visit, Sam tells Emily about her recent encounters with Carly. Emily is supportive. She warns Sam that Carly has already chased off two good women in Jason's life and to not let Carly do the same to her. After Sam leaves, Emily goes to see Carly. Carly isn't in the mood to talk to Emily. Emily ignores her and gets right to the point. She warns Carly to stay out of Jason's love life and to keep running to him with all of her problems. Carly fires back, telling Emily that she would love to accommodate her but she doesn't know how to get over Sonny as fast as he's seemingly gotten over her. She then drops the bombshell that she asked Lorenzo to marry her. Emily is taken aback and asks if he has accepted. Carly points out that it's none of Emily's business. Emily agrees. She once more warns Carly to leave Jason and Sam alone before she departs. Carly ends up crying over pizza while looking at pictures until a knock sounds at her door. It's Lorenzo. He wants to discuss her marriage proposal. He explains that he initially rejected her proposal because he was worried that Carly was only using him and would end up regretting her decision. Carly disagrees. She meant what she said to him at the park. Lorenzo admits that he's old fashioned about certain things and gets down on one knee and proposes to Carly. Carly gladly accepts.
Sonny leaves the park and ends up at Reese's door. She is less than happy to see him, suspecting he is there to discuss his complex feelings for Carly. Before he can do little more than ask her to give him a chance and hear him out, Jason tracks him down. Jason insists on talking to Sonny privately. Sonny steps out into the hallway where Jason outlines his concerns for Michael and brings up his need for therapy. Sonny agrees to have Jason discuss it further when Carly gets back from marrying Alcazar. Jason is shocked to learn of Carly's wedding plans. He questions why Sonny isn't taking steps to prevent the wedding. Sonny points out that he has no reason to since Lorenzo has decided to retire and go legitimate. He is no longer a threat to Sonny. Jason isn't pleased. He watches Sonny return to Reese's room. Reese, having overheard the exchange isn't happy either. She tells Sonny that she is thankful that Jason interrupted them because he stopped her from doing something she would have regretted. She is more convinced than ever that Sonny really wants Carly, not her. She asks Sonny if he would have shown up at her door if he hadn't overheard Carly proposing to Alcazar. Sonny admits that he doesn't know but it shouldn't matter. Both he and Carly are making choices and his choices have led him to her. He offers to walk away but before he can open the door, Reese stops him. He asks her if she is certain she wants him to stay before he kisses her. They make love.
Jason returns home and tells Sam all the latest developments. Michael overhears Jason discuss Carly's plans to marry Alcazar. Michael feels that Lorenzo is a bad man and he hates him. He begs Jason to stop Carly. Jason explains to him why he can't stop Carly and promises him that he will make sure that everything will be ok for Michael.
Emily ends up at the gazebo where Courtney and Jax married. She finds Carly's bouquet on one of the empty chairs and picks it up before starting down the aisle. Just then Nik walks up. He tells Emily that all she is missing is the groom. Emily smiles as Nik joins her. He notes that she is still wearing her wedding ring and then pulls out his own. He explains that Lucky gave it to him the day he got out of jail but that he had been waiting to put it on until Emily could do it. She takes the ring and they recite vows as she slips it on his ring finger. She ends by saying "You may now kiss the bride." Nik is touched. He gently kisses her.
Emily tells Nik that it felt good to kiss him again. When Nik takes the bouquet out of her hand, he notices a rather nasty cut. Emily says she didn't realize she had cut herself. Nik leads her out of the park. They end up picking up dinner and going over to Liz and Lucky's new apartment. Lucky had just finished reading a bedtime story to Cameron while Liz held him and then watched as she tucked him in for the night. When Nik and Emily arrive, Nik asks Liz to take a look at Emily's hand. Liz takes Emily into the kitchen while the guys busy themselves setting up for dinner. Emily admits that the cut was a result of Nik kissing her. She tells Liz that she freaked out when he kissed her and held the bouquet so tight that the thorns cut her hand. Liz is concerned and suggests that Emily say something to Nik. Emily insists that therapy is helping and she'd rather not hurt Nik with the truth. Emily then changes the subject by asking Liz how things are going. Liz confides that while she likes their apartment, money is tight and she can see that sleeping on a hideaway sofa is going to get old quick.
Later, after Emily and Nik leave, Liz and Lucky prepare for bed. They begin to make love when Cameron wakes up crying. Liz goes to check on him and determines that he is running a low fever. She suggests that Lucky get some sleep as he has to be up at 5am while she sees to the baby's needs.
Emily and Nik return to the park where Nik kisses Emily once again. As she wraps her arms around him, her fist is tightly clenched.
Lorenzo is anxious to marry Carly immediately. He suggests eloping that night. Carly agrees but she wants her sons to join them. Lorenzo has reservations. He feels that Sonny is going to be resistant to the idea if she should show up and eventually talk her out of marrying him. Carly reassures him that Sonny will not be successful should he try.
Reese and Sonny make love. Afterwards they talk about their first impressions of each other and how they feel about each other now. Reese confides to him that she is thinking of getting out of the law enforcement field because she feels that there are too many people like Durant. She wants to help people but she hasn't yet decided in what capacity. Sonny then prepares to leave, apologizing and explaining that until things settle down it is best he not stay the night away from home. Reese is understanding.
Jason and Sam talk to Michael about his parents' divorce. Jason tries to help Michael understand that they don't have any plans to reconcile. Michael refuses to accept what Jason is saying. He insists that Carly will not marry Lorenzo. After he runs from the room, Jason and Sam discuss what is going on. Sam feels that Michael should not be pressured into accepting the divorce at this time given everything he has been through while Jason feels he should be made to deal with the reality of the situation. Just then Carly walks in, intending to take Michael and Morgan with her on her wedding trip. Jason flatly refuses to let her leave with the boys. He explains to her that Michael is much too upset to accept a marriage between Carly and Lorenzo. Carly counters, reminding Jason that he doesn't have the right to tell her what to do with her sons and assuring him that Lorenzo is a good person who would do everything possible to help Michael. Michael then runs into the room, sweeping his toys off a table and shouting that Carly cannot marry Alcazar. Just then Sonny walks in. Michael demands that Sonny stop Carly from going through with her marriage. Much to Michael's dismay, Sonny tries to explain that he can't stop Carly from marrying anyone. Michael runs out of the room with Jason and Sam following close behind. Left alone with Carly, Sonny tries to impress upon her the necessity of postponing her marriage. He admits that he overheard what she said to Lorenzo at the park. He also tells her that she is free to sleep with Lorenzo just as he if free to continue sleeping with Reese but that for Michael's sake they should keep it private. Carly insists that Lorenzo makes her happy and she refuses to allow Michael to control her life. She feels it would send him the wrong message.
Jason and Sam are talking to Michael when Sonny and Carly join them. When Jason mentions to Michael, the possibility of seeing a doctor, Sonny stops him and says they will discuss it the following day. In the meantime, he and Carly plan to take Michael up to bed. Upstairs, Carly reassures Michael that she loves him. When she steps out of the room, Sonny offers to turn on the nightlight. Michael scoffs at the idea. He feels they are silly and nothing to be afraid of. Sonny admits to Michael his own problems with nightmares and how he handles them, letting Michael know that he is not alone. He goes on to tell Michael that if he's ever afraid, all he has to do is call Sonny. After saying goodnight to Michael, Sonny returns to the living room where Jason is waiting. Jason insists that Michael is in pain and desperately needs a therapist.
Ric and Alexis discuss divorce plans the fact that their previous petitions failed. Alexis suggests to Ric that he have a fling with someone to make grounds for a divorce easier. One of the women that Alexis suggests is Reese. Ric is a bit startled and points out that she's involved with Sonny which would make her an unsuitable candidate. Ric then asks Alexis if she would honestly not be hurt by his having an affair. She tells him that their marriage is just a piece of paper right now, hardly a marriage, so it's not really cheating. She tells him to make a decision and get back to her before leaving.
After, Sonny leaves Reese's room, she receives a phone call. It's Ric asking her to meet him at Metro Court. When Reese arrives, Ric tells her that he's considering filing for divorce on grounds of adultery in order to end his marriage. Reese is upset at the idea. She explains that she has slept with Sonny and a revelation that she slept with Ric would end their relationship. Ric isn't thrilled at the idea of inviting trouble with is brother either. Reese suggests that since no one saw him leave her room then there is no one but them to know about their night of passion. Ric agrees to keep their secret.
Lorenzo meets Diego at Metro Court to tell him that he and Carly are getting married. Diego is surprised but declines the invitation to their wedding. Lorenzo is disappointed. When he approaches the bar a bit later, Reese is sitting there alone. She congratulates him on his upcoming nuptials. When he asks her how she heard about it, Reese tells him that Sonny had told her after overhearing the exchange between Lorenzo and Carly in the park. They discuss their relationships with Sonny and Carly and realize that they have each other to thank for helping them move past their marriage.
Jax and Courtney enjoy their wedding night. When Jax falls asleep he dreams of Courtney surprising him with the news that she is pregnant.
Sam stops by to see Reese and tell her what happened with Michael. Reese reads between the lines and asks Sam if she is asking her to stop seeing Sonny for Michael's sake. Sam tells her that seeing his parents involved with other people is not helping Michael at the moment and asks Reese to please do what's best for Michael.
Carly returns to her apartment to find Lorenzo waiting for her. She tells him that she can't marry tonight. Lorenzo is upset. He suspected she would have a change of heart after going over to Sonny's. He asks her if her postponing the wedding is about Michael or if it's really about Sonny.
At the Quartermaine Mansion, Luke is surprised when he wakes up on the couch to discover Skye sitting beside him with his bags packed. Skye reluctantly admits that she will take a leap of faith and step into the darkness with Luke if Luke will ONLY expedite his divorce from Tracy! When Coleman and Tracy saunter into the room, Luke is surprised when Tracy agrees to the divorce. However, Coleman suggests that, since Tracy already is enjoying true bliss with Coleman, Tracy has NO need to hand $15 million over to Luke just to get rid of him. Luke again refuses a divorce without receiving the ill-gotten $15 million lifted from the Cassadine coffers and Tracy retorts that she does NOT need a divorce, so long as she already has Coleman! After Tracy saunters out of the room, Skye and Luke angrily remind Coleman that he is SUPPOSED to be working for them! However, Coleman smugly thanks them for introducing him to his true love, Tracy! After Coleman leaves to join Tracy, Skye blasts Luke for being too stubborn to let go of Tracy's Cassadine millions, then informs Luke that Skye's previous offer to join Luke on the dark side is OFF the table! Later, when Coleman finds Skye alone, Skye again blasts Coleman for switching sides to scheme with Tracy, but Coleman claims that Skye and Coleman are birds of the SAME feather, then rattles off a list of Skye's past transgressions. When Coleman suddenly tries to kiss Skye, she slaps him. However, when Skye hears Tracy and Luke bickering in the hallway, Skye suddenly throws herself into Coleman's arms and kisses the startled schemer, just as Tracy and Luke enter the room! Tracy and Luke appear to be appalled at this sudden turn of events. After implying that she and Coleman know each other VERY well, Skye sashays out of the room. When Luke follows Skye out, an aggravated Tracy coolly reminds Coleman to remember which side of the Quartermaine family is sitting on ALL the gravy!

Later, Georgie visits Maxie and makes plans to bring graduation to Maxie in her hospital room. Meanwhile, Bobbie explains to Felicia that they would need to go to court if they wanted to force Maxie to look for a heart donor, but a court probably would NOT be sympathetic to a parental plan to force Maxie to accept a new heart. Felicia begs Bobbie to speak to Maxie, as B.J.'s mother. Later, Bobbie visits B.J.'s grave and admits that she needs some guidance for this trying situation. Meanwhile, Diego visits Maxie and tries to convince Maxie to reconsider getting a new heart, but Maxie remains adamant. Later, Georgie, Dillon, Brook Lynn and Diego discuss skipping their graduation ceremonies to stay at the hospital with Maxie. Carly is surprised when Lorenzo arrives at her apartment and, on his knees, asks her to marry him! Lorenzo explains that his grandfather had the ring specially made for his grandmother and the couple was married for more than fifty years! Agreeing NOT to rush into anything for Michael's sake, Carly agrees to the marriage and they hit the sheets. Meanwhile, in the park, Michael agrees to try therapy but ONLY if his mother goes to the first session with him. Later, however, when Jason and Michael arrive at Carly's apartment, they walk in on Carly and Lorenzo still in bed! Even as Dr. Thomas reassures Sam that doctor/patient confidentiality is a sacred trust to him, Alan eavesdrops on their conversation from a nearby room. Later, when Jason arrives with Michael, Michael agrees to meet with Dr. Thomas alone in the doctor's office. Outside the office, Jason again admits to Sam that he has SERIOUS misgivings about the kind of treatment that Michael might receive from Dr. Thomas. At that moment, Alan 'happens' by and 'learning' that Michael is seeing a therapist, wishes them all well in their endeavor Inside Dr. Thomas's office, Michael becomes angry as soon as Dr. Thomas brings up AJ's name. Then Michael runs out into the hallway and begs Jason NOT to make Michael return to therapy. Emily notices how upset Michael has become and tries to distract the boy by offering a walk in the park. Meanwhile, Carly arrives at Dr. Thomas's office and explains that Michael walked in on an intimate moment between Carly and her fiancé. When Carly explains that Carly just postponed her wedding plans because Michael objects to Carly's relationship with Lorenzo, Dr. Thomas suggests that Carly should NOT be allowing a nine-year-old boy to dictate when or who his mother should marry. Later, when Jason learns that Carly plans to go ahead with her wedding to Lorenzo, Jason tries to convince Carly that she is doing the WRONG thing -- but Carly refuses to listen to Jason! Meanwhile, in the park, after speaking about her own therapy, Emily manages to convince Michael to give therapy another try. Later, when Jason and Sam join them, they are all surprised by Michael's change of heart. At the same time, Alan meets with Dr. Thomas and the two men discuss their plan to steer Michael back into the Quartermaine family fold. Dr. Thomas assures Alan that they are well on the road to success, since Dr. Thomas believes that Michael's mother is on the verge of rushing into marriage with a man whom her son hates! Later, Carly returns to her apartment and declares to Lorenzo that she has decided that they should go ahead with their wedding plans and just trust that Michael will eventually be able to adjust to the situation, given enough time.
Maxie starts taking all of the wires and tubes that are attached to her out of her to get dressed. Maxie walks in and asks her what she is doing. Maxie tells her she is not missing her graduation while laying around in a hospital bed. Dillon, Diego, and Brook Lynn show up moments later, carrying their caps and gowns. Brook Lynn sees what is going on and tells Maxie she can't risk her health for graduation. Monica and Felicia come in the room. Felicia tells Maxie she is going back to bed right now. The graduates promise to get her diploma for her and Dillon tells her he has a surprise for her. Georgie doesn't want to leave her but Maxie tells her that Dillon needs her help at graduation. After they leave, Monica tells her that she has the donor waiting list for her to sign. Maxie refuses to sign it. Felicia tries to assure her that B.J. would want her to have a new heart if that is what she needed. Maxie tells her that B.J. would want her to fight and keep the heart she has, B.J.'s. Felicia worries that she won't be able to do anything since Maxie is legally an adult and can refuse a heart if a donor was a match. Felicia asks Monica what will happen if Maxie becomes unconscious just as a donor is a match for her. Monica tells her that if Maxie wasn't able to make a decision, she could sign permission as her mother. Felicia asks Monica if she would tell on her being a mother herself if she forged Maxie's name on the donor waiting list. Monica warns her of the ramifications of that. Felicia takes the waiting list and forges Maxie's name on it and begs Monica not to tell her. Later, Maxie asks Felicia if she is upset with her for not signing her name on the donor waiting list. Felicia tells her she is an adult and it is her decision. Meanwhile, Dillon brings his camcorder to the high school to tape messages from all of her friends and tape the ceremony. Diego comes up with a better surprise for Maxie and they agree to it. Georgie starts crying, telling Dillon that she feels like she is about to lose him too. Dillon tells her that he knows what she is really upset about, Maxie's health and possibly losing her. Bobbie shows up at Maxie's room and tells her that she has an important test she needs to take. Felicia looks at Monica in confusion. Monica tells her that Maxie will like this particular test. Bobbie wheels her out. Maxie is pleasantly surprised when she sees all of her friends and sister there as well as the principal and vice principal. Diego puts on the graduation song for her while Felicia puts her cap on her head and moves the tassel over to the right side. Maxie is wheeled over to the principal who hands her a diploma and congratulates her.
Luke is disgusted when he watches Tracy fawn all over Coleman at breakfast. Skye doesn't like it much either. Edward comes down to breakfast and asks what is going on with all of them. Alice comes in the room with more breakfast food to put out at the table. Edward asks her to explain what is going on with everyone since she knows everything that goes on at the house. Alice explains what Luke did to get Helena out of hiding and how he wants the $15 million he put in Tracy's account that belongs to the Cassadines. Skye gets tired of everyone bickering and tells everyone that they should stop fighting and love one another more. Luke thinks she is referring to him when Skye says she is ready to admit her feelings after fighting them for so long. He is surprised when Skye walks past him and goes over to Coleman to confess her love for him. Tracy starts to get suspicious of Coleman's true feelings and warns him he better not be lying to her when he tells her his fling with Skye is in the past when she was drinking heavily at his bar. Luke finds Skye out on the patio later and demands to know if she is just playing Coleman or if she meant what she said. Coleman overhears Skye tell Luke that she realized how much she wants someone like Coleman in her life who has always been honest about his feelings with her and that he has a lighter side to him unlike Luke's darker side. Luke leaves her alone. Coleman approaches her out on the patio and asks her if she meant what she said to Luke earlier. She tells him that she enjoyed her time with him when they were having their fling and would like to pick up where they left off. Coleman tries to start kissing her but Skye pushes him away and tells him they need to sneak away somewhere on the estate if they want to be alone together or Tracy will find out and toss him. She suggests the boathouse as a great secret hideaway for them to be alone. He tells her that he will meet her there in 15 minutes and that Tracy is going to a charity event tonight. Skye waits until she sees Tracy before letting Coleman get close to her physically. She asks him how he really feels about Tracy. He tells her that he doesn't care about Tracy since she is just a "needy old cow" who has great presents for him. Tracy and Luke show up and they hear what Coleman says. Tracy has a fit and tells him he is a snake. Luke points at Skye, ready to call her an awful name but can't come up with one so Tracy provides one for him by calling Skye a "bitch."
Sonny shows up at Reese's hotel room. Reese tries to tell him that they need to end their relationship but she can't resist him being so close to her and they end up making love. Sonny wakes up later and tells her he has to go and that he needs to go see Michael. Reese understands why he has to go. A knock on the door annoys Sonny, who plans to answer it after he starts getting dressed so he can send the person away. He is more annoyed when Durant shows up at her door. He thinks Durant is there to harass Reese some more and orders him to leave her alone. Reese surprises him when she tells him she asked Durant to come over, not knowing that Sonny was going to show up earlier. Durant sees that Sonny's is half dressed and comments that he isn't surprised to see that they are sleeping together. Reese surprises Sonny even more when she tells Durant she wanted to see him because she plans to resign from the FBI and that she needs some of his contacts so she can start her own law practice. Sonny tells her that lawyers in Port Charles are a dime a dozen. Reese informs him she is going to start her practice in Manhattan not Port Charles. Durant tells her he is pleased she has smartened up and realized she was too good for Sonny and is planning to leave town and start anew. Reese tells Durant that he should be more worried about his daughter, Carly. Durant asks her what she is talking about. Sonny informs him that Carly just got engaged to Alcazar and is planning to marry him any time now. Durant tries to act like that doesn't bother him and tells Sonny that Alcazar is a step up from him and that he knows his daughter has lousy taste in men. Durant leaves. Sonny tells her he doesn't appreciate what she just did by inviting Durant over before giving him the heads up first. Reese tells him that there is so much he doesn't know about her and that their relationship will never work. Sonny feelings are hurt since he thought that she wanted to be with him and it was more than just a job for her. She tells him that it became more than the job for her and that she never expected to stick around town after the kidnapping or never thought she would care about him either. Sonny isn't sure he believes her. Reese asks him if they could at least part as friends. Sonny just shakes his head and leaves. Meanwhile, Sam and Jason bring Michael to his next therapy session with Dr. Thomas at G.H. Emily is there and persuades him to give Dr. Thomas another chance and offers to walk with him to his office. Sam tells Jason that he needs to stop projecting his feelings toward the shrink onto Michael since Michael can read his face very well and pick up on his apprehension. Jason agrees not to say anything to Michael to make him more tense. Shortly afterwards, Emily returns with Michael, who is annoyed that Dr. Thomas couldn't see him for his appointment. Emily tells Sam and Jason that Dr. Thomas had an emergency patient and wanted to postpone the appointment until later that evening and asked to speak to Jason and Sam right now. Emily offers to sit with Michael until they get back. Emily goes to get some candy bars for them and asks if Michael will be o.k. by himself in the waiting room. Michael tells her he will be fine. While he is looking at his comic book, a young girl named Jody shows up and tells him that she is seeing Dr. Thomas too because her mother told her she did bad things and needed help. Michael tells her he does bad things sometimes too and that is why he is seeing Dr. Thomas too. The little girl leaves. Emily returns with chocolate bars. Later, Jason and Sam bring Michael home to find Sonny just getting home. Sonny isn't too pleased that Jason took Michael to see Dr. Thomas because he is afraid Michael will confess to killing AJ and they can't trust the shrink to not report it to the cops. Jason tells him that he needs to see someone for treatment, especially with what is going on right now with Sonny in a relationship with Reese and with Carly engaged to Alcazar. Sonny feels that Jason is insinuating that he is not being a good father to Michael. Sonny tells them that Reese doesn't want him anymore and is moving away. Sam feels bad and tells him that Reese didn't want to leave but that she went to visit her and asked her to back off from her relationship with Sonny because of Michael. Sonny decides to go find Reese because she cares about him and Michael. Sam asks Jason if he blames her for how she interfered with Reese and Sonny. He tells her he doesn't blame her at all. Sam tells Jason that Michael needs to stay in therapy and that she is afraid if he doesn't get the help he needs he will get worse and may end up taking a shotgun when he is older and shooting a bunch of innocent people. Jason worries that the therapy will make Michael worse rather than better. Michael overhears their conversation and runs back into his room. He sits on his bed and is surprised when the little girl, Jody climbs through his window into his room to see him. While this is going on, Reese starts driving while she is crying. She starts remembering her times with Sonny and the song on the radio upsets her more so she goes to change the station. She looks back at the road and is shocked to see she is about to collide with another vehicle and tries to swerve out of the way but crashes her car instead. The next thing you know, she is laying against the steering wheel, unconscious with blood dripping down the side of her face and another vehicle nearby, shows a woman laying in a similar position behind the wheel of a convertible. A woman nearby screams for help. Sonny finds Reese's car and asks her if she is okay. Reese doesn't answer him.
Emily gets a call from Nikolas while she is working at the hospital. He asks her to join him at the hotel bar. She meets him there and sits at the bar with him. He pretends that they are just meeting for the first time and introduces himself to her. She plays along and they have a good time until Nikolas invites her to come with him over to Wyndemere. She tenses up but pretends she is okay with the idea and smiles.
Reese sustains a gash on her head and is knocked unconscious as a result of her car accident. While she is unconscious, Reese seems to have a flash of another car accident in which Carly is the driver and is unconscious behind the wheel of a car is blood all over her face. In the flash, it appears that Reese is screaming in anguish at the site of the accident nearby. Sonny arrives shortly afterwards and pulls her out of the car. Reese is dazed and mumbling "Caroline" over and over. When the paramedics arrive to take her to the hospital, Reese has another flash of two teenaged girls cheerleading at a high school game. Their backs are to her. One is a brunette and the other a blond. Once at the hospital, Monica orders tests and oversees her treatment. Sonny tells Reese that she is in the hospital but Reese is still very much out of it. She mumbles "I saw you with her. How could you?." Sonny is a bit taken aback. He asks her what she is talking about but Reese doesn't respond, still more unconscious than alert.
Out on the veranda of the Quartermaine mansion, Coleman is intent on seducing Skye. When she asks about Tracy, Coleman refers to her as an old cow with money bags. Much to Coleman's dismay, Tracy and Luke make their presence known and Tracy lets him know that she heard every word. She is furious. Coleman tries to do damage control by claiming that Skye had referred to Tracy in such an unflattering manner and he was only repeating what she said in shock. Tracy doesn't buy a word of it. She sends him packing. Luke, in a moment of compassion for Tracy's seeming genuine hurt, offers to give her the divorce she wants but Tracy flatly refuses. The trio end up in the living room where Tracy explains that since Skye ruined her chance at happiness, Tracy intends to return the favor by not giving Luke the divorce. Luke then threatens to take her to court using the pictures. Tracy tells him that he is welcome to do so but reminds him that NY is not a community property state. She intends to hire lawyers who will fight him and it's doubtful, given the circumstances, that Luke would walk away with more than $1,000,000.00. Skye thinks that fine but Luke doesn't. He wants it all. Skye is hurt that Luke is seemingly choosing money over her heart. Later, while Luke is relaxing on the veranda, Skye seductively calls out to him. Jodie sneaks into Michael's room and warns him about Dr. Thomas. When Michael questions how she managed to sneak undetected into the compound, Jodie says she found a hole in the back fence. Michael notes that he is the only one who knew about it. Jodie then advises him that if he really wants to get out of therapy then he should cry and throw a fit, curling up into a ball and tell everyone that he doesn't want to go to counseling. Just then they hear Jason approach. Jodie quickly leaves through the window. Michael leaves with Jason to go to his session with Dr. Thomas.

He also tells her that his mother lives elsewhere and his father is out of town. Talk of his father leads to Diego sharing some of his feelings about his relationship with his father. That leads to Maxie talking about Frisco. She explains that he is a spy and works for the government and chose that over a wife and kids long ago. When she thinks of dad, she thinks of Mac first but she is also thinking of Frisco lately. She confides that Georgie has no memory of Frisco while she still has a few. She remembers his smile and how he used to sing her to sleep.

Nik and Emily have dinner. At the end of dinner, Nik stands up and kisses her. Unbeknownst to Nik, Emily clenches her fist, indicating that she still has trouble with Nik kissing her. When Nik asks her about his kisses and how she feels, Emily lies and tells him that she loves his kisses. Encouraged, Nik asks her to return to Wyndemere with him to take a walk along the cliffs but Emily declines. She explains that she promised Michael that she would accompany him to therapy. Nik is disappointed. He is later joined by Lucky and tells him what happened. He is frustrated to see Emily trying to force herself to pretend that all is well when it's obviously not.
At General Hospital, Emily talks to Dr. Thomas. He questions her about what if troubling Michael but Emily tells him that she has no idea even when he presses her for information. When Michael arrives at the hospital with Jason and Sam, he is quiet as he goes into his session with Dr. Thomas. While Michael is talking to Dr. Thomas, Sam thanks Emily for encouraging and helping Michael to go to therapy. Moments later, Michael runs out and throws himself into Emily's arms, crying and begging not to be forced to return to the session. Sonny walks up just then. He sees Michael's upset and asks what is going on. Michael tells him that he doesn't ever want to have to return to therapy. Sonny reassures him that he won't. When Ric joins the group, after being concerned over Michael's upset when he sees him, Sonny tells Ric about Reese's accident and asks him to sit with her while he takes Michael home. Ric agrees to Sonny's request. Sonny then turns to Jason and tells him that he doesn't want to ever hear another word about Michael going to therapy. Dr. Thomas talks to Sam and Jason awhile later. He tells them that Michael had faked his outburst to get out of therapy. Dr. Thoms goes on to tell them that Michael is obviously hiding something that he doesn't want to talk about and if they truly cared for Michael they will tell him what the secret is. Jason refuses to divulge anything to Dr. Thomas. He tells the doctor that isn't no longer his problem as it's likely that Michael will not be returning for any more sessions. Dr. Thomas tells them that Michael needs help and then leaves. Sam suggests to Jason that Dr. Thomas might have been right about Michael faking his outburst. That it seems Michael is picking up Jason's resistance to therapy and rejecting it for that reason. She goes on to propose that they tell Dr. Thomas what Michael is hiding but Jason flatly refuses.
Sonny and Michael return home. Sonny asks Michael was got him so upset during the session. Michael tells his father that Dr. Thomas keeps asking about AJ. At that point Emily walks in. Sonny sends Michael to his room before talking to Emily. He tells her that he respects her as Jason's sister but he does not appreciate her interference in his son's life. Emily explains that she's Michael's godmother and his aunt and cares for him deeply. She goes on to tell Sonny that she recently had something happen to her that she tried very hard to forget and rejected therapy but it didn't work. She is able to convince Sonny to at least allow her to talk to Michael about therapy but he warns her that if Michael does not want to go, Sonny will not force him to. Emily thanks him and goes up to talk to Michael about reconsidering therapy.
Michael walks into his room to find Jodie waiting for him. She asks him if he took her advice and Michael admits that he did. When they hear someone coming, Jodie slips out of the room before anyone sees her. Emily walks in and talks to Michael. She plays a handheld video game with him while they talk about therapy. Michael asks her if therapy is helping her why she is still bothered by what happened to her. Downstairs, Jason and Sam return to talk to Sonny about sending Michael back to therapy. He tells him that he won't force Michael but Emily is upstairs talking to him and if she can convince him then Sonny won't object. Just then Michael comes running downstairs to tell Sonny something. Ric goes into Reese's room. Reese, still out of it, asks Ric "Where's Caroline?." When she slowly becomes more alert, Ric tells her what happened. He asks her if she told Sonny about them but Reese doesn't think that she did. Ric then tells her to get some rest and steps out of the room just as Lucky and Nik arrive. Lucky and Nik had been together when they arrived at the scene of Reese's car crash. Lucky tells Ric that it wasn't an accident. The brake line had been cut.
Inside Reese's room she is startled to see a man standing by her bed. "Hello Charlotte," he says.
