The judge awards Ric full custody of Molly and explains to Alexis that she lost due to her drug charge. When Alexis arrives home, Nikolas is there and offers to help her flee the country with the girls which she is appreciative of but turns him down. Alexis explains to Kristina that Molly will be living with Ric.

Ric is in the courthouse and meets up with Liz in the hallway. He tells her about the custody case and his victory. He tells Liz he may need advice in the future. They are interrupted by Lucky who has arrived so that he and Liz can get their marriage license. Ric is surprised to hear they are planning to remarry. Liz and Lucky later decide to be married at the Spencer house. Ric goes to Alexis' house to pick up Molly. Alexis and Kristina say their goodbyes.

Lulu, Spinelli and Dillon discuss Scotty and Luke comes in. Dillon stops Spinelli from telling Luke what they've found out. After Lulu dismisses them, Spinelli turns to Jason for guidance when it comes to Lulu. Back at the house, Luke and Lulu have a discussion and he gives her some insight into Scotty and Laura's history. He also tells her about his own relationship with Laura. Later, Lulu and Dillon meet on the docks to discuss Scotty. Logan is seen eavesdropping on their conversation and overhears Lulu say that Scotty killed Rick Webber. Scotty is seen at the courthouse requesting a petition for guardianship on Laura Spencer. Luke hears him and becomes enraged. He punches Scotty and is placed under arrest, charged with assault.

Sam comes home and visits Jason. She tells him all about her trip and how the producers were inquiring about her past. She says that she didn't divulge everything because she didn't want to talk about when she used to be a con artist. Amelia is seen on a plane, talking on the phone to someone and asking for them to dig up info about a past crime, involving Angela Monroe. She gives specifics such as the date being July, 1998 and it occurring in Riverfalls, California. Later, Amelia calls Sam and arranges to meet with her at the coffeehouse. While waiting, Sam has memories of a fight with a man. Amelia arrives and says the show would like to do an in depth follow-up interview.

Carly asks Sonny to file for divorce with her but he refuses, saying he doesn't want to divorce her. Jax is seen speaking with Jason and accuses Jason of not caring about Carly, and that he only thinks of her as one of Sonny's possessions. Afterward, Jax and Carly talk on the docks. She tells Jax she doesn't want to continue hurting him but she also doesn't want to be with Sonny. She later enlists Jason's support to have a meeting with Sonny and Jax at Metro Court. There, she tells both of them that she cannot be with either one of them.

Tracy goes to see Luke in jail, and is haunted by Alan's ghost. Luke is concerned by her apparent delusions, and thinks she needs to take a vacation. He promises her to take her to the airport as soon as she bails him out. She tells him she won't post bail unless he promises to leave Scott alone. In the meantime, Bobbie summons Scott to the hospital. He offers to take her to lunch, and she accepts on the condition that Scott drop the charges against Luke. When she asks why Luke attacked him, Scott tries to play it off that Luke is crazy. He tells Bobbie he was disgusted by the circus wedding that Luke arranged when Laura recovered, and that Laura deserved better. Later, Tracy starts to post bail as Bobbie and Scott arrive. Scott agrees to drop the charges, but not before arguing with Luke. Bobbie and Tracy plead with the old rivals to put the past behind them.

Jax goes to see Carly in her Metro Court office. She tries to keep it to business, as Jax suggests that maybe he doesn't want to be just business partners.

Alexis tries to console Kristina over Molly leaving the house. She promises Kristina that they will all be together again, as soon as she feels better. In the meantime, Ric is trying to feed a crying Molly. As he runs to the phone, Molly throws her bowl on the floor. Alexis arrives at Ric's new house with Kristina. She meets the new nanny, and comments on Ric's new long commute When Ric suggests it's a good house for Molly to grow into, Alexis sends Kristina off with the nanny. She asks Ric not to make reference to the fact that Molly will be living permanently with Ric. She tells him that she will have her last chemo that day, and reminds him that he claims his only wish is that Molly live in a stable home with a healthy mother. They argue over Molly's future, and an upset Alexis leaves abruptly with Kristina.

Skye goes to see Lorenzo in the hospital, and tells him about trouble with a shipment. Lorenzo asks for guidance, and Skye says she is going to see Sonny. In the meantime, Sonny is seen giving orders that Stan antagonize Alcazar. Skye arrives at Sonny's, and warns him to back off Alcazar's shipments. Sonny tells Skye that ignoring Alcazar led to the hostage crisis, as he sends her away.

At the coffee house, Lulu tells Dillon, Spinelli and Milo that she wants to keep her mother's innocence a secret. Her intention is to protect her father.

At work at the Metro Court, Cooper introduces Maxie to Logan. She wonders why Cooper never mentioned him before. Logan starts asking questions about Lulu, and Maxie gives him the background on her. They are interrupted as Jax and Carly walk into the room. Carly meets Cooper and appears to flirt with him. After they leave, Maxie thought the attention that Carly gave Cooper was inappropriate. They go back to discussing Lulu and the Spencers. Logan tells them that he overheard Lulu saying that Scott killed Rick Webber. Maxie gives them the scoop on Scott.

Back in the office, Carly criticizes Jax for being hard on Cooper, and denies that she was flirting. They bicker about hotel business, and Carly get a phone call about a problem with the marble. Carly and Jax discuss the situation, and Sonny arrives at the office and tells them he is the new marble supplier.

Back at home, Alexis tries to comfort Kristina as she goes to chemo. Kristina tells Alexis that she loves her.

Ric tells Molly that he knows this is a hard adjustment for them right now, but she will see her mom and sister all the time. He tells her that she is the most important in the world to him

Scott sees Lulu at the coffee house and tells her that he dropped the charges against Luke for her benefit. Lulu is unimpressed and tells him that she will never forgive him for what he did.

Skye updates Lorenzo, and tells him not to worry. She has set up a meeting with his people to protect his interests. He is grateful to have her in his life. While alone, his cell phone rings. In the course of the conversations, it is revealed that he has regained his memory.

Sonny talks to Carly and Jax about his requirements for the marble. He wants to take Carly out to dinner. Jax is furious, and as soon as Sonny leaves, he and Carly start fighting. He tells her that Sonny controls her, which she adamantly denies. He reminds her that she slept with Sonny, which leads her to the fact that Jax will never be able to get over that and she leaves. Meanwhile, Sonny finds out from Stan that Sonny has acquired a marble business solely for the purpose of harassing Carly. Jason goes to Sonny and offers to buy him out. He tells him he is being too rough on Carly.

Amelia comes to town and starts asking people around town about Sam and the hostage crisis. Sam is startled and wants to know what this is all about. Amelia tells her that she thinks Sam will be a hit and wants her to host a new show about everyday heroes. Sam is flattered but tells her no. Later, Jax confronts Sam and tells her that he thinks she would be a good host. Sam says that her boyfriend isn't in a good position for her to be a celebrity. Jax suggests that she not stop success in her life for Jason. Later, Sam goes home and falls asleep on the couch. She is having a nightmare about her past when Jason awakens her. He asks what is wrong with her wrist, which she is rubbing.

After an incident at the hotel, Max asks Stan to investigate into Cooper's past. Maxie, meanwhile, fills Logan and Cooper in on the official and not-so-official story about Laura Spencer. Logan uses this to his advantage to confront Lulu later. Luke walks up on them as Lulu is venting her frustration about Scott ruining her mother's life. Lulu brushes the conversation off and leaves. At Lucky's, Luke sits down at Logan's table.

In a desperate attempt to remain working for Sonny, Spinelli begs Jason to help him get back in the network. Jason tells him to be patient. Spinelli goes home and starts doing some digging into Jason's past, trying to prove his worth. He makes a program to find any and all references to Jason and tests it on the hospital computer. He is stunned to learn that Jason is the father of Liz's baby. As soon as Lulu learns that Spinelli knows something she doesn't know, she takes his computer away and threatens to break it if he doesn't tell her what he knows. As soon as he reveals his secret, Jason walks in.

Lucky and Liz continue work on the Spencer family house. Lucky starts painting and shows Liz a railroad sign he found in the old boxcar. They reminisce about the time they shared there together. Emily shows up, excited about the upcoming marriage between Lucky and Liz. Liz changes the subject and asks Emily how she is doing since her father died. Emily revealed that things are stressful, but when she's in Nikolas' arms nothing else matters. They talk as they paint a child's table for Cameron's room. When Lucky comes back from the store, he shows Liz that he has bought more paint. More importantly, the pain the bought was pink. He thinks they are going to have a girl and suggests the name Laura.

Robin shows up to the hospital to consult about a patient's drug therapy. Patrick is surprised and concerned about her being back to work too soon. Robin promises only to work half days until she is totally healed but doesn't want him to tell her what to do. Dr. Ford approaches them and asks Robin what she is doing back to work so soon and tells her that unless she is there for her own appointment or for physical therapy she is to leave the hospital premises. Monica is there to witness the whole conversation when Robin defends herself to Dr. Ford who isn't listening to her and is giving her orders to leave. Monica steps in and tells Dr. Ford that he is not the Chief of Staff yet and that this isn't his call to make about Robin's condition. Dr. Ford tells them that he is just looking out for the hospital's best interests in case Robin collapses right in the hospital and/or makes a bad medical judgment with a patient and the hospital becomes liable for it because she came back to work when she wasn't fully healed yet. Robin stops the argument from going further and agrees to leave the hospital this time because Alan was her doctor and mentor and she doesn't want to see Monica get into any trouble because of her. She leaves. Patrick tells Dr. Ford off for lacking any compassion as a doctor and only thinking of the hospital as a business to protect. He tells him that he use to be that way but isn't anymore because of how his life has changed. Patrick finds Robin sitting on the docks. He sits with her and the two of them discuss how sex could be a good therapy for her and that she would heal a lot faster under his tender loving care. Robin tells him to take her home right now.

Carly lays into Jax about hotel business which leads to discussing Sonny's interference into their business as well as their personal lives. Carly tells him she agreed to have dinner with Sonny so she can get a discount on the marble she wants to order for the hotel. Jax has a problem with her agreeing to have dinner with Sonny since Sonny is manipulating her and she is letting him by playing right into his hands. Later, after another argument, Jax grabs her and kisses her passionately and she lets him after he reveals how hurt he feels about how she slept with Sonny and probably wouldn't have told him if she hadn't blurted it out when she thought Sonny was at the door instead of him.

Luke grills Logan about what he did to upset Lulu a little while ago. Logan doesn't know but thinks it has to do with Luke himself. Maxie and Cooper show up at Kelly's and approach them at their table. Luke looks at Maxie and says hello. He warns her about trying to get revenge on his son by trying to hurt Lulu. Maxie acts all innocent and tells him she isn't going after Lulu to get revenge. After Luke leaves, Maxie is concerned about Luke's behavior toward them and asks what Logan did to get Luke to be so suspicious of them. Logan has no idea but doesn't understand why they are so intimidated by Luke. Maxie tells him that Luke is sort of a legend in this town and that they can't underestimate them. Maxie tells them that she is trying to move on after Lucky and that blackmailing Scott has to do with money not trying to get revenge on anyone. Luke shows up at Lucky's and warns him that he thinks Maxie is out for revenge on him and to watch out. Lucky and Liz decide to paint the nursery/baby room. Liz thinks the color pink he picked out to paint the room is too much since they don't know if the baby is a girl or boy. Meanwhile, Emily surprises Nikolas by showing up at his home unexpectedly when he thought she was going to be staying with her family for awhile. She tells him that she got depressed at the Quartermaine mansion and wanted to do something to cheer herself up. She tells him that she wants them to go to visit Lucky and Liz and help them paint the nursery since it has been a long time since the four of them were together and happy instead of being stressed and awkward around each other. Nikolas doesn't understand why they didn't just hire some professional painters to paint the room instead. Emily persuades him to join her and visit his brother. Meanwhile, Lulu is at Jason's place with Spinelli. She grabs Spinelli's laptop after he tells her he found something out about Jason that he should not have uncovered and is afraid to tell her what he found out. Lulu demands he tell her and is about to open up his laptop to find out. He takes the laptop from her and opens it to the file he found. He reluctantly tells her that he set up some program to give him a red flag if Jason's name came up in any file he found. He decided to hack into the hospital computers and Jason's name came up. He found a file on him concerning a paternity test that was done. He tells her that Liz's baby is actually Jason's. Lulu is stunned and can't believe it is true. Spinelli hates to tell her that it is true based on what the paternity test says. Lulu gets upset by what she finds out and doesn't know what to do. Jason shows up and notices how nervous they are acting. He asks them what is wrong. Spinelli doesn't know what to say so Lulu makes up something about Spinelli hacked into the computer files at the police station and found out things that Lucky won't like to hear about. She says goodbye to them and leaves after asking Spinelli to get rid of anything concerning Rick Webber's murder and that she doesn't want her dad or Lucky to know that Scott Baldwin may have killed Rick. After Lulu leaves, Jason corners Spinelli and asks him what she was lying to him about just now. Spinelli tries to be as evasive as possible and tells him that he has learned that he must keep forbidden files hidden sometimes so that they don't cause undue harm to people he cares about. Jason tells him he won't demand any answers right now but makes Spinelli promise to come to him if Lulu gets into any danger. Spinelli leaves. Later, Lulu shows up at Lucky and Liz's and finds them kissing and joking around on the couch. She is less than warm to them and they ask her what is wrong. Before she can answer them, Emily and Nikolas show up with cupcakes for everyone and to help them paint the nursery. Lulu still doesn't tell them what is wrong. She leaves the house and calls the hotel to talk to Carly. She shows up at the hotel to see Carly. Carly asks her what is wrong. Lulu asks her if she still thinks Liz has a little thing for Jason. Carly asks her why she is asking. Lulu downplays her concerns about Liz when she realizes that Carly wants to know what she knows. Lulu tells her that she saw Liz talking to Jason and thought she saw something but she was probably just imagining something that didn't exist. She leaves Carly wondering. Jason and Liz do run into each other on the pier. Liz has a bag of paint supplies and tells Jason about her and Lucky's plans to paint the nursery. Jason tells her that when Michael was small he use to read to him about Africa and that African safari animals are something small children like to see. Emily comes around the corner and watches them talking. She pretends she doesn't see them. Jason gets a call on his cell-phone from Carly while he is talking to Liz. Carly asks him to come see her at her office and that it is important. Jason goes to see Carly. Carly tells him that Lulu showed up earlier upset about something concerning Liz and him. Jason has no idea what would upset Lulu and he is only friends with Liz. Carly tells Jason that he needs to be careful about Liz because Liz has feelings for him but won't ever accept him for who he really is. Jason tells her that Liz is going to marry Lucky and they are expecting a baby. Carly still worries about him concerning Liz. Jason tells her to stop butting into his life as a way to avoid her own problems with Jax and Sonny. Carly denies that she is doing that. Jason asks her to leave him alone about his life and that he has a lot going on right now and doesn't need her interference right now. He leaves. Meanwhile, Liz and Emily return to the house. Emily brings up the fact that she saw Liz talking to Jason. She asks Liz about her feelings toward Jason and that by seeing him today gave her second thoughts about remarrying Lucky. Liz admits that she cares about Jason and always will but that she loves Lucky and has no doubts about marrying him. She tells Liz that she did once think about what it would be like to be with Jason instead of Lucky and realized they would never work as a couple because of their different lifestyles. Emily feels bad about bringing it up and being suspicious for nothing. She leaves because of work and Lucky comes down from upstairs to see Liz. Liz tells him she wants to paint the baby's room with a African animal theme for the baby. Lucky likes the idea. The doorbell rings suddenly and Lucky answers it. Scott Baldwin is there and tells Lucky that he is concerned about Lulu and what she will uncover that will put her in danger. Meanwhile, Lulu meets with Spinelli at Kelly's. He tells her that he can get rid of the paternity test results on the hospital file so that no one will find out about it if she wants him to and that he created the file for her eyes only for now until she decides what she wants to do. Lulu doesn't know what to do since Lucky will be hurt either way and isn't sure she wants to tell him the truth right now since he is so happy. While they are talking, Maxie, Cooper, and Logan watch from outside of Kelly's. They guess that if there is any evidence linking Scott to Rick Webber's murder, Spinelli has it stored on his laptop computer. Maxie tells them to wait for her signal and she may have an idea on how to get a hold of the information. Lulu leaves Kelly's. Maxie goes inside Kelly's to flirt with Spinelli to distract him a little. Cooper comes into Kelly's and tells Spinelli that he has a bag of things that may belong to him that they got from the rubble of the hotel after the explosion and needs him to look it over so they can itemize it for the hotel records. Spinelli goes over to the counter with Cooper while Maxie looks for the information on Spinelli's laptop. Jason returns home to find Lulu waiting for him. Jason tells her he saw Carly and she mentioned that she came by to see her and seemed upset about Liz and him and asks her what is wrong. Lulu asks him point blank if he knows that Liz is actually carrying his baby. Jason is floored that she somehow found out.

Nikolas is on the phone conducting business when suddenly he is hit in the head from behind. It turns out to be Mr. Craig, who knocks him onto the desk and injects him with something in the neck. Mr. Craig points a gun at him.

Amelia meets Ric at Kelly's and tells him she wants to ask him questions about Sam. As he starts to explain that Sam was a hero by chance, Sam walks in and tells Amelia that whatever Ric says is a lie.

Carly deliberately tries to antagonize Sonny by kissing Jax in front of him. Sonny doesn't appear bothered by it and continues on with his plans for him and Carly's date. He tells Carly to dress up. When he leaves, Jax expresses his distaste and the date. He tells Carly not to use him to get Sonny back. Later, Sonny comes to pick Carly up and she is surprised when he takes her to Jake's. He wants to dance with her, and they decide to play pool. If he wins, he will get a dance. Unfortunately, Sonny wins and the couple starts to dance. Just as it appears they are going to kiss, Jax and Amelia walk in. Jax had found out from Max that Sonny was taking Carly to Jake's, so when Amelia came to ask him some questions about Sam he decides to take her there.

At Kelly's, Maxie is trying to gain access to Spinelli's computer when Georgie walks in and busts her. Maxie is furious. Georgie wants to know who Cooper is and why he's hanging out with Maxie, but Maxie and Cooper storm off without answering any of Georgie's questions. Logan, Cooper, and Maxie discuss how to continue with their scheme to blackmail Scott. Logan says they can use Scott's guilty conscience to their advantage.

Lulu tells Jason that she knows about his fatherhood of Liz's baby. Jason explains that Liz walked in on Maxie and Lucky the same night he walked in on Sam and Ric. The two found solace in each other. Lulu understands that pain, but tells him that he still needs to tell Lucky the truth. The two argue, but when Lulu leaves, Jason thinks that all is well and Lulu won't spill the beans. When Spinelli walks in, still upset over Maxie trying to look at his computer, Jason confronts him and asks him how Lulu found out about the paternity test. Spinelli explains and Jason tells him he must destroy the evidence. Jason also explains why he hasn't told Sam. Spinelli is stunned to learn that Sam can't have children. Sam walks in as they are discussing this, and Spinelli covers by telling Sam that they are talking about hacking in for a preview of the show Sam is about to be on. They both decline the preview and Spinelli leaves. Sam tells Jason how frustrated she is that Amelia keeps asking around town about her. A delivery man comes for a package for Angel.

Scott goes to see Liz and Lucky and tells them that they need to tell Lulu about Luke and Laura's past and the rape. They basically tell Scott to mind his own business, but Lucky's mind is already going a mile a minute wondering if he should tell Lulu. Later, Lulu shows up to talk to him and he says he has to talk to her, too. Lulu starts asking all kinds of questions like if he is happy with Liz. Lucky tells Lulu that all relationships have ups and downs and Liz stood by him. Liz comes downstairs as they are discussing relationships.

Mr. Craig injects Nikolas with a poison that needs an antidote to be given every 24 hours. He tells him to cooperate and explains that he needs a new identity and a way to keep accepting shipments. Much to Nikolas' dismay, the new nanny walks in with Spencer. Mr. Craig uses this to his advantage and preys upon Nikolas' weakness for his son.

Back at the hospital, Alcazar is going through physical therapy and is about to be released. He accepts a phone call on his cell as he is walking around while Skye defends his actions to Ric. After Ric leaves, Skye tells Alcazar that they will make it through this trauma until he regains his memory. Alcazar doesn't correct her and makes her believe he still hasn't regained his memory.
