At A Glance

Amber Rose Tamblyn originated the role of Emily Bowen Quartermaine in January of 1995.

At the age of 10, Amber sparked the interest of an agent due to her plucky performance of the lead role in Pippi Longstocking at the Santa Monica Alternative School House. Since then, she has gone on to appear in such films as Biker Poet and Live Nude Girls, with Dana Delany.

Amber's love of the creative arts runs in the family. Her father, Russ Tamblyn, starred in such films as West Side Story and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, as well as the television series, Twin Peaks. Her mother, Bonnie, is a singer and artist.

In her free time, Amber enjoys writing poetry. She has already been published in the San Francisco publications, Cups and Poetry USA. Amber also loves singing, dancing, and theater, in addition to life in front of the cameras.
