Blake is still unconscious and in intensive care. Rick operates on Kevin and removes his spleen at the same time that Ross is making comments about the special bond that Rick has with Kevin. After the surgery, Rick confesses to Ross that he's Kevin's father. Blake wakes up and learns that Ross knows the truth about the twins' paternity. After leaving Ross, Rick then confesses to Abby. The next day, Ross checks Jason out of the hospital and returns to the house. Frank arrives to question Jenna about skipping bail. Annie goes cameo shopping. Josh runs into Dr. Sedgwick, who says he hasn't seen Annie in months.

Reva finally told Josh that she is looking for her sister. A girl named Lena gives them a sob story about the sister, "Danni," life on the streets. Alan wants Annie to find out about Amanda's marriage to Roger. Roger told Amanda that her long ago belief that Blake's babies had two different fathers was correct. Alan and Alex had a plan to show Amanda that Roger could ruin Spaulding Enterprises. Jeffery told Jenna that she has one week to take care of personal business, including saying goodbye to Buzz, then she is to leave Springfield with him. Annie, in a fit of anger, shoves Alan's wheelchair across the room causing the bust to topple and break. The hidden papers are hidden no longer.

At her keg party, Michelle gets drunk and takes a guy up to her room. Buzz learns that Henry is his son. Alex found the broken bust. Amanda and Alex have a major confrontation. Josh and Annie practice breathing techniques for the childbirth classes. Josh and Reva make another visit to Simon House. Charity points out a headstone where "Danni" liked to lay her head; the name Dutton was on the headstone. HB is very sick.

Jeffrey tells Buzz how he and Jenna fell in love. While talking to Reva, Annie gets a "chill" and puts on her sweater with the cameo attached. Michelle poses nude at Jay's photography class. In preparation for a routine doctor's visit, Rick and Ross verbally spar. At the pediatrician's office, Ross and Rick continue with their verbal jabs with Blake in the middle - trying to attend to both of the boys. Abby is in training as a Physician's Assistant. Buzz asks Frank to do a background check on Jeffrey. Roger explains Brandon's will to Amanda. Alan learns that he is not Amanda's father. Ross asked Griffin to represent Blake in the divorce. Alex disappears.

Jenna and Buzz are locked in the morgue. Lillian unwittingly sends Jeffrey in that direction. Jenna covers by pretending that Jeffrey rescued her. Michelle discovers that Maureen donated her heart when she died. Ross accepted the nomination for DA. Annie staged a fall down a flight of stairs and made it look like Reva pushed her. Matt and Vanessa meet up in an Internet chat room. Annie's baby disappears from the morgue. Reva is arrested for the attempted murder of Annie Lewis and the murder of her unborn child.

Reva is in jail, but later released to Billy. Annie notices the cameo on her sweater and realizes she needs to get rid of it. Her idea is to make Reva look crazy for thinking she is Annie's sister. Matt has Dinah doubting that her mother really died. Annie grows agitated when her infant's remains are found. She makes a call to the hospital. Josh listens and realizes that the baby was already dead when Annie fell down the stairs. His new mission is to find the doctor who treated her when the baby died. Ross wants to reconcile with Blake but Blake is worried about her secrets. Later in the week she spills her guts at the trial. This sends Ross back to his old unforgiving mindset. Roger taunts Holly with a kiss.

Fran testifies in court that she knows Annie was artificially inseminated. Fran performed the procedure herself. Later, we see Alan paying Fran off. Josh finds the doctor who treated Annie when the baby died. Annie is finished! Josh hugs Reva and Alan looks on angrily, because he knows that he's been duped by Annie. Harley tricks Jenna, who is now telling Buzz that she doesn't love him, to come to the diner. There, Harley locks her in the storage freezer. Everything Jenna says to convince Harley that she loves Jeffrey is countered by Harley. Bridget makes plans to move to Minnesota to be with Dylan. She is taking Peter with her.

Jenna and Harley concoct a plan to get rid of Jeffrey. Annie has an infection from carrying the dead fetus inside her. The operation to correct the problem leaves her unable to have children. Dinah and Matt make plans to go to Switzerland and look for Vanessa. Michelle and Billy graduate from high school. Maureen comes back as a ghost.

Michelle ventures into a different part of town and meets Jesse. Vanessa comes back to Springfield with Michael and spies on Bill's graduation party. Michael gives her the wrong impression about Matt and Dinah's current relationship. Dinah and Matt head to Switzerland and trick the nuns at St. Augustine into giving them info about Vanessa. It was the week of the annual Bauer BBQ. Michelle stirs up trouble by inviting two unwanted guests - Jesse and Roger. Things get worse when a drunken Annie crashes the party. Blake and Ross talk. Ross says he forgives Blake. Blake says she wants Ross' unconditional love. Vanessa, who's wounded by what she thinks is going on between Matt and Dinah, makes plans to live at the lake where she met Matt in the first place. Michael wants to live there with her.

Matt and Dinah find evidence that makes them believe Michael has killed a former patient. They head back to Springfield to find Vanessa before something bad happens to her and then later, Matt believes she is at the lake house. He leaves to get her. At the same time, Vanessa has discovered the article that alludes to the fact that Michael is a murderer. Jeffrey finds a picture of Harley and Buzz that makes him suspicious. He takes it to Eleni, who covers nicely and puts Jeffrey's mind at ease. Michelle realizes Jesse is illiterate. She writes a letter to the judge explaining why Jesse missed his community service appointments. Ross can't find Blake, and he is sick with worry. Policemen show up at the door asking Ross to identify Blake's personal effects.

Jesse is given a choice - go to prison or be tutored by Michelle. He chooses prison, but Michelle tricks him into changing his mind by saying he won't actually have to do the tutoring. Wrong! The judge is going to check his progress. Michael tells Vanessa that he did, indeed, kill his patient, but that it was a mercy killing. You see Ross go to the morgue. He falls to his knees in front of the body. It's not Blake! They go back to the house, and Blake walks in pretty as you please saying her keys and purse have been stolen. Phillip kisses Harley to carry out the sting operation. They feel something and it startles them both. Vanessa leaves the cabin to get away from Michael but has no where to go.

Jesse tells Michelle that he hates the Bauer family because her father killed his mother. Rick asks Abby to marry him. Frank becomes suspicious of Eleni. Phillip, Jeffrey, 'Starla' and Jenna's plans speed into higher gear. The search for Vanessa resumes and intensifies.

Matt and Vanessa are reunited. Later in the week he reveals himself to her as her Internet contact; she is overjoyed. Josh and Reva make plans to remarry. Later in the week, they hire Jenna and Harley's detective agency to find Reva's sister, who is at that moment agreeing to go to work for Annie and Alan. Dahlia wows the record producers instead of Marcus.

Matt reveals to Vanessa that he feels betrayed. She tries to reassure him. Mr. Jacobs, the record producer, wants to close a deal with Dahlia, not Marcus. Dahlia and Marcus' relationship becomes sexual, as does Annie's and Alan's. Cassie lands a job as Billy's new secretary. Lillian finds the proof that Jesse's mother's death wasn't Ed's fault.

Reva tries to make a deal with Annie, who has been moved to the psych ward. Rick puts pressure on Michelle to get her to stop seeing Jesse. Buzz receives flowers from an unknown source. Mallet informs Harley, via the telephone, that he wants a divorce. Abby is in danger of being raped by one of Jesse's friends.

Michael discusses Vanessa's disease with Hart and says Dina may have inherited the disease. They end the week on a bad note. Abby's mom wants her to return home. Jesse and Michelle say goodbye for the sake of the hospital. Annie has escaped from the mental institution. She heads to the house she shares with Josh. She and Alan almost make love, but are interrupted by a phone call meant for Josh. They arrive on Josh and Reva's doorstep with bad news.

Annie and Harley become roommates at County General. Cassie drinks to forget her deal with Alan and Annie, and finds herself stripping in a bar. Hart takes Cassie home. Dinah deceives Hart about her birth control pills. HB is remembered. Old faces return to say goodbye. Vanessa and Matt learn that she is in remission... but pregnant.

Annie begins to warm up to Caitlin/Harley so Harley asks indirect questions trying to get Annie to give her the name of Reva's sister, even going to far as to portray herself as a stripper. Buzz's admirer begins to break into Buzz and Jenna's home. Nola is acting suspicious. Cassie and Billy share a kiss. Cassie, Hart and Dinah spend the week bumping into each other. Vanessa writes a letter to her unborn child, but Matt comes home and tells her he wants her to choose her life over the baby's.

Annie discovers that Caitlin is really Harley. She fixes her chart so that Harley ends up being medicated with a drug that makes her psychotic. When Phillip tries unsuccessfully to reach Harley on the cell phone he gave her, he gets Buzz and Jenna and the three of them show up at the institution just as Harley is climbing the walls (literally). She finally calms down in Phillip's arms. They share this really touching moment where she tells him why she has been avoiding him - because he will leave her. Everybody leaves. At the same time, Reva is being set up by an imposter posing as her sister. Alan, in none to good a mood after being blackmailed by Fran, flips out when he finds out what Annie has been up to. Nola is acting so strangely, even she is noticing it. Reva and Blake hatch a plan for Annie. They head straight for the Spaulding mansion where they chloroform Annie.

Alan and Josh have a confrontation. They put two and two together and race after Reva who, along with Blake, has taken Annie to Cross Creek. While there, the tag team parade in Fran who tells Annie that Alan paid her to testify against Annie in court. Alan and Josh arrive to free Annie. Everyone leaves except Annie who is basically coming unhinged. She begins drinking and wrecks the cabin, all the while carrying around an 'Annie gets even' list. Jesse discovers he has Maureen's heart. Ed comes home and tells Rick the story behind why Jesse got Maureen's heart. None of the three want Michelle to find out the truth. Good stuff between Harley and Phillip. Buzz follows Nola to the cabin. Poor Nola she's so lonely. Buzz offers to help her and ends up falling down the stairs.

Buzz has fallen down the stairs. When he wakes up, he has amnesia He and Nola are trying to piece together his memory, when J arrives in search of his mother. Reva begins investigating Allied Corp., a company buying up a lot of Lewis Oil stock. She discovers the company is in financial trouble and owned by Annie Dutton. Cassie discovers the combination to the safe in Billy's office. She is stealing the money out of it when Hart walks in. She tells him a portion of the truth, and he agrees to help her. Jenna is pregnant but is unsure who the father is. Josh and Annie's divorce comes through. Ed visits Jesse. They get along famously and agree that Jesse and Michelle should not be involved.

It looks like Jeffrey is the father of Jenna's baby. Dinah decides to report on Hart's heroic robbery intervention; but discovers from the police, that Hart lied about the whole thing. She immediately confronts him about it and they argue to the point where they almost break up. A lot of arguing is going on all over town. Reva walks in on Annie and Cassie verbally dueling and demands to know what is going on. Cassie covers beautifully by pretending that she is setting Annie straight about what a rotten person she is. Over at the Marler House, things are heating up as Blake gets the wild idea of putting all of the twins' grandparents (by marriage and otherwise) together in the same room for dinner. It is dysfunctional, to say the least, and gets even more so when Rick shows up. Harley comes to the conclusion that Nola is Buzz's stalker. She and her usual group of cohorts head to the cabin to rescue Buzz.

Michelle learns Jesse has Maureen's heart. Rick steps up his demands as far as Kevin is concerned. Blake informs Ross, who remains cool about everything, until he finds out Rick wants his name on Kevin's birth certificate. Abby's none too pleased about it either. Cassie's lawyer wants her to fake an engagement to Hart - it will improve her chances of getting her daughter back. Annie thinks, probably correctly, that Cassie is going to double cross her now that he has Hart's help. Annie knows just what to do - put a bug in Dinah's ear...and she does...

Hart and Cassie head to Chicago to get Tammy. Even fog can't keep Dinah away. She arrives at the most inopportune moment and uses it to her full advantage. Cassie's chances of getting Tammy back have been destroyed; so she steals Tammy from her foster family, in a suitcase. It doesn't take Alan long to ruin that plan. Tammy is now under the sick care of Alan and Annie who wants to play Mommy; however, a determined Reva, with Harley and Phillip as assistant sleuths, is closing in on a trail of clues. Roy is out on bail. He attacks Abby in the parking garage, threatens Michelle's life and then shows up at the Bauer House on Halloween disguised as a devil. This allows him to get past a disarmed Abby and into the house where she is a vulnerable sitting duck!! Beth calls Phillip to talk, but he is having none of it.

Reva wants to know why Alan was in Chicago with Cassie. Cassie covers by saying the whole thing was a coincidence. Reva's no longer suspects Cassie of being the leak. She thinks it's the accountant. Cassie better watch out. Annie has her eye on Tammy, for keeps. Hart thinks he and Dinah need some time apart, so Dinah reminds him she might be pregnant. It's a lie, of course, but it works - that is until Hart finds the birth control pills in a drawer. Later on he and Cassie can no longer fight their attraction to one another. Abby is shaken by her encounter with Roy on Halloween night but unharmed. He continues to stalk her the rest of the week. His shady lawyer shows up to inform everyone that Roy is innocent and they will soon be proving this in court. Nola has decided to leave town; but when she finds out Jenna is pregnant with another man's child she makes it her business to get involved. The twins' birthday arrives and is celebrated by all Springfield residents with any sort of blood ties. It appears Rick will wait until after Abby's trial to make his broader demands known. Rodger makes a play for Holly and plies her with jewelry.

Reva and Cassie discover that they are sisters. Reva foils Alan and Annie's plan. Hart points out Dinah and her new boyfriend---it is her uncle Ben! Jesse diffuses the bomb left in Michelle's car. Abby takes the stand and is harshly questioned by Ben. When Michael warns Vanessa that the disease will probably return during the stress of her pregnancy, Vanessa makes him promise to save her baby no matter what. Roger has to remind his daughter that he is not a hit man. Abby shoots Roy.

The shooting is caught on tape but the tape drops out of the camera during the struggle. Phillip and Harley go to the airport to pick up Lizzie and they are surprised to see Lizzie come through the door, and with Beth accompanying her! Vanessa has abdominal pains. Josh returns home with the good news that Cassie now has full permanent custody of Tammy. Annie interrupts Thanksgiving at the Lewis household. Nola demands that Buzz be told the truth. When Abby refuses to leave the jail for Thanksgiving dinner with the Bauer's, they bring the dinner to her.

Annie and Alan announce their engagement. Abby pays a visit to the funeral parlor and is accosted by Roy's mother. Jesse and his father argue at Jesse's mother's grave. Beth admits to Phillip that life hasn't been the same without him, but the words come too late. Cassie and Hart play "stork" when the cleaning lady at Lewis Oil goes into labor. Ross decides to resign as D.A. and hopes that Abby will accept him as her defense attorney. Jesse proposes to Michelle.

Ross and Ben talk about their mother. Annie uses WSPR to bash the Lewises under the guise of announcing her upcoming wedding. Jenna admits to Harley that she is carrying Jeffrey's baby. Rick disagrees with Abby's choice of attorney. Ben uses influence to be named District Attorney of Springfield. Jesse and Michelle plan their elopement. Dinah is unable to keep the disastrous interview from being shown; Annie is humiliated. Roy's buddy Ski and a couple of his friends decide to get back at Abby and all her rich friends. They cut the power to the house and throw a firebomb into it. Annie goes into the burning house, looks down at Reva and leaves her there to burn.

Beth makes it clear to Harley that she wants Phillip back. Cassie loudly blames Annie for the fire and Alan does not come to her defense. Reva and Josh are distraught that all their belongings and memories are gone. Buzz laments the bad parts of his life that he remembers. Jesse's father is involved in the fire. Annie and Dinah are planning a big surprise for Hart that will show once and for all who he loves. The bandages are removed from Michelle's eyes.

Hart is astonished at Dinah's surprise wedding. Michelle remains blind but hides it from Jesse. Alan comments to Annie that it is apparent that she will stop at nothing to hurt Reva and her family, and Annie whole-heartedly agrees. Buzz learns the truth and runs away. The wedding is interrupted. Buzz goes into a church, where he finds an abandoned baby by the altar. Buzz experiences an epiphany causing him to return to his family for Christmas. Josh and family go on a "treasure hunt" with directions from "Santa" and find a new home. Hart tells Dinah that he doesn't want to marry her.

Dinah is shocked to learn that her mother's old house now belongs to the Lewis clan. Dinah has evil plans for Matt during their New Year's Eve celebration. Beth uses Ben to try to make Phillip jealous. Michelle writes a goodbye letter to Jesse. Harley makes special New Year's Eve plans for her and Phillip, but Annie and Beth spoil the plan. Dinah dreams of the time when she tells Vanessa that she will dedicate her life to making her hurt the way she is now hurting.
