Will Will Return? Apparently, So

One Life to Live is continuing with its search for a new Will Rappaport.
Jason-Shane Scott created the role of Will on July 22nd, 1998. In the Spring of 2001, Scott reportedly told a fan gathering that he planned to leave One Life to Live by year's end. On August 27th, Scott exited the role when Will left Llanview to start his life anew.
The casting call for the new Will has been out for several months. Intially, One Life to Live's executive producer Gary Tomlin denied that Will was returning to the cast any time soon. Officially, Tomlin remains mum on the subject.
The show is apparently only interested in placing a newcomer in the role - and would prefer not to cast an already established soap performer.
