While Viki explores the cave, Dorian holds the end of the string Viki intends to use to find her way back. Upon returning, Viki shows Dorian a bag full of money and dynamite she found. When the fire starts to burn out, the two argue about whether or not to burn the money to stay warm. When they tell each other to walk a mile in their shoes, Viki imagines life with the drama of the Cramer women while Dorian thinks how horrible it would be to have Kevin and Todd fawning over her. Determined to escape, Dorian shoots the ceiling of the cave causing it to fall in, trapping Dorian.

Blair manages to call for help and gets Kevin to the hospital, while Todd takes the rescue workers to where the cave opening is. Upon arriving they realize there has been an avalanche and tell Todd that it could take until spring before they can find the opening.

At a lodge, Kelly and Kevin are reunited in front of the press. When Walker returns to the lodge, Kelly asks him about what Kevin and Blair were doing when he found them and he tells her that they were all over each other.

Aunt Betsy informs Paul that he is her sole heir dependent on what her background check finds on him. Starr informs him that she is watching him closely. Frantic, he calls Babe to verify that she annulled their marriage.

At Capricorn, Evangeline tries to apologize to R.J. for hiring Antonio without his knowledge. Daniel informs David that if he tries to pull one over on Lindsay he will pay. Witnessing the confrontation, Lindsay accepts a date with Daniel.

Walker and Kevin and face off and Walker finally admits that he is Todd. With the truth out, Todd demands that Kevin get over himself so they can try to find Viki. While in the woods, Todd and Kevin separate from the search and rescue team despite Kevin's warning. When they argue again, Kevin punches Todd.

Blair tells Starr that her aunts are missing. Convinced that her dad will find them, Starr informs her mother that Aunt Betsy plans to leave all her money to Paul. When Betsy states that Starr isn't worthy because of Todd's genes, Blair defends her ex-husband. Later Starr kicks Betsy in the shins and tells her that her father is a great man. Overhearing, Kelly wonders if Starr knows the truth about Walker.

Realizing that she is trapped in the rubble, Dorian's claustrophobia takes over. As Viki tries to move the rocks, Dorian tells her about her childhood. When the conversation turns to Victor, Viki wishes that her father had apologized. In an attempt to make her feel better, Dorian tells her that Victor had written her a letter of apology, but she burned it before Viki ever saw it. Realizing that Dorian is lying, Viki calls her on it. Asking what would make her secure, Viki unwittingly gives Dorian a plan to get her hands on Betsy's money. Once Dorian gets out from under the collapsed rocks, Viki realizes that there is light shining through a crack in the roof of the cave. Using the dynamite they found in the convict's bag, they plan to use an explosion to escape.

As Viki is about to light the fuse to explode the way out of their snowed-in cave, Dorian quickly stops her to rehash why she's even there in the first place. When Viki reminds her of the sequence of events that led to this, she also states that she's happy she's not alone. Dorian admits to being afraid to die as she relates her belief on how ecstatic her family members would be when they received the news of her death. They'll all be after her possessions, she imagines, with Todd yelling, "The witch is dead!" Viki reassures her; that won't be the case at all. Think about the men, she urges. This cheers Dorian up considerably, as she can just hear them all shouting and toasting her. The Dudes of Dorian only make her smile, as she's now ready to light the fuse. But wait, Viki's turn to stop this time! She's worried about her children, her perfect children, as Dorian puts it. She envisions poor drunken Natalie who has gambled away all of their money on sports betting, as Jess begs R.J. for more hours to work. Joe conducts a sermon as Jen rushes off to be with Rex and he gets released from his post, amid boos from the crowd. Marcie urges him to go back to Jen but he tells her he loves only her. Dorian interrupts; she thinks Jen reminds Joe of her. Back to the dream, Kevin becomes a senator thanks to Asa's millions. He takes leave of Kelly and goes off with Blair.

Sounds of the avalanche bring them back to reality and Viki thinks they should light the fuse right away. Dorian doesn't though as she pictures a newly married David and pregnant Kelly. When Kelly dies in childbirth, David is left with the baby and the Cramer fortune, including the house which he renames Chateau Von Vickers. Viki believes Kelly to be smarter than that and won't allow David to dupe her as Dorian has (though she compliments her by mentioning that Dorian has certainly had her paybacks). Dorian can see River and Paul with the wrong women; Jess and Natalie. Viki is insulted but figures this is one dream that is impossible.

Dorian worries that Blair might never learn that Walker is Todd but Viki defends her brother. Dorian can see it now, Walker signing adoption papers for Starr and Jack which turn into him having legal custody of the children and walking out on Blair, while admitting his true identity. He'll tell Blair in his own time, Viki insists and imagines a happy Blair when she learns the truth. Dorian can see it now, Blair being arrested for killing Todd and being led away in handcuffs. Things might be bad, Viki agrees. But she still thinks they should trust everyone to do the right thing and begins to light the match once again.

Stop, Dorian yells. What if one of them lives and one dies? Dorian for one, couldn't stand all of the crying at St. Viki's funeral. The crying and sobbing going out of control as the people wish that it should have been Dorian instead. Viki cannot believe that Dorian is still jealous of her. She doesn't want to resent or envy her anymore, Dorian admits, but she can't help it because of how everyone thinks so highly of Viki. I have my own fears and problems, Viki declares. In the recent past her husband has gone into a coma, her daughters have both been through hell. She herself wants things too, she admits. The daydreams continue as Kevin becomes president of the United States (without Asa's help)and Joe, now married to Marcie and having children, becomes the bishop of Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, Jess who is now the editor of The Banner and publisher of 10 newspapers, receives the woman of the year award while Natalie is a best-selling author with her latest book, "Blondie and the Bartender." Viki misses Ben, Dorian misses Mel.

Everyone adores Viki except her probably, Dorian muses. People will only love her after her death, she believes, predicting the lining up of people at her mansion 5 years in the future, just to pay homage to her portrait. There's even talk of replacing the Luna statue in Dorian Square (formerly Angel Square) with one of Dorian. Viki just wants everyone to be happy and ponders Kelly and Kevin, Blair and Todd on a double date, drinking a toast to Dorian. She would like to have a grandchild, Victoria, not for immortality but as proof that she was there and made a difference. Dorian likes the idea of a baby Dorian and they agree that maybe they're more the same than they always thought.

Viki finally lights the fuse and the women take cover as the explosion begins.
