Evans To Offer Bi-Monthly Cooking Column

Rebecca Hotchkiss) can add another feather to the cap of her already accomplished career. Evans will be writing a regular column for the bi-monthly Healthy Cooking Magazine.
Healthy Cooking is a nationally circulated magazine for health-conscious people who love to create great meals. Each issue includes recipes, guest chefs, book reviews and resources. The magazine is sold in major supermarkets, health food and specialty stores, and bookstores.
The column and magazine are of particular interest to Evans, who is a vegetarian.
"As an actress, I've had to balance my love for cooking and good food with maintaining my figure," Evans notes. "Through my column, hopefully, I'll be able to pass on some of my favorite recipes that are not only good for you but that are fun and tasty as well."
Evans' first column, which will appear in the magazine's November/December issue, will feature recipes for the holidays. Subsequent articles will offer up seasonal recipes corresponding to the time of year that the issue hits newsstands.
