Everyone converges on the Seascape Restaurant. Zombie Charity invites Tabitha and Timmy to join her. She does not sit with the rest of the Bennetts.
TC and Eve call their daughters. All of the Lopez-Fitzgeralds are having dinner there as well. Zombie Charity is glad to see Theresa, hoping she will put her evil plan into motion.
Theresa does not know that Gwen and Ethan are having dinner there. Zombie Charity is excited over the evil about to begin.
Ivy and Rebecca as well as David and John are at the Seascape. Rebecca is curious as to what Ivy is up to. She cannot understand Ivy's calm demeanor when the DNA results are about to come back, exposing Ivy and her plan to get Sam. Chad is working at the Seascape, playing music. Ivy plans on using Chad and his job to help get Eve to change the DNA results.
Ethan and Gwen plan to leave when they see Theresa and her family walk in. Theresa instructs Luis to tell Ethan to stay. Theresa says that they will be running into each other and must get used to it. Ethan is glad to see how mature Theresa is acting.
Ivy gets a special delivery. It is a tape of Eve singing the blues from her jazz club days. Ivy has a waiter bring the tape over to Chad so he can play it for everyone at the restaurant.
Miguel asks Charity to sit with him at the restaurant. Zombie Charity makes the excuse that she invited poor Tabitha and Timmy because they were lonely and she wants to sit with them instead Grace does not seem pleased that Kay asks Miguel to stay with her and her family.
When everyone hears the singer on the mysterious tape, they cannot place the familiar voice. Eve goes and asks Chad for the tape. Ivy warns her to change the DNA results or all her secrets will be exposed.
Sam makes it clear to Ivy that if she had anything to do with David posing as Grace's husband and John not really being Grace's son, she will pay. He warns Ivy that she will be dead to him and probably Ethan as well.
Grace corners Kay and tells her not to go after Miguel. Kay cannot believe that her happiness means nothing to her mother. She tells her mother that she cares for everyone else more than she cares for her. She also says that she wants Miguel and plans on getting him.
Theresa sets the Zombie's evil plan into motion. She announces to everyone in the restaurant that she wants to buy them dinner. She says send the bill to her, Mrs. Julian Crane. This announcement seems to horrify both Rebecca and Ivy.
Liz reminds Brian that he promised to paint another one of her guest rooms but since he was so busy helping "Diana" he did not do it. Even though Brian is dead tired, he tells Liz that he will do it.
"Diana" (Sheridan) has a dream about her lover. This time instead of seeing Luis' face, she sees Brian. This makes "Diana" get out of bed and seek Brian out. She watches him very closely as he paints the guest room. He tells her he must finish it by morning. Diana realizes that she is reason he will be up all night painting, so she offers to help. As they pair are painting, they get playful and begin to paint each other. They take a late night swim to clean off. Diana seems to be looking at Brian differently now.
Theresa's bombshell, that she is the rightful Mrs. Julian Crane does not go over well. Her family begs her not to lay claim to anything from the Cranes. Theresa tells them that she must put her baby first. Theresa goes over to Ivy and Rebecca and tells them that since she is the rightful Mrs. Crane they both better get the hell out of her house tonight. Ivy gets so upset, she begins to hyperventilate. Gwen goes over to her mother and tells her the joke is on her, because Theresa has won. Gwen tells her mother that she is homeless and penniless. Gwen then says that she is not on her mother's side but her own side and she wants nothing more to do with her mother's plotting.
Hank invites Beth to join them at the Seascape. Luis seems pleasantly surprised.
Chad corners Whitney and tells her that Theresa must be up to something and still trying to get Ethan back. Chad admires Theresa for not giving up and sometimes even going against her family. Whitney brags that her family, especially her mom is perfect.
Ethan goes to his mother who seems ill and called Eve to help her. Eve then tells Ivy that she will not buckle under to her threats and she is going to end up with nothing and that is what she deserves.
Zombie girl turns into Julian and appears to a frightened Rebecca. Julian tells Rebecca he is here to help her by telling her who his murderer is.
Rebecca announces to everyone at the restaurant, that Sam should arrest Theresa Lopez Fitzgerald for the murder of Julian Crane.
Brian and Diana enjoy their swim. Diana gets a little nervous when she tells Brian she's cold and he replies that he will light her fire. She seems relieved to see that he has built a fire for them on the beach. Diana wants to find something that she is good at. She knows that even with Brian's help, she will never be a good waitress.
Hank once again urges Luis to move on with his life. He thinks that Luis needs a push in the right direction.
Rebecca drops a bombshell that Theresa killed Julian. No one believes it even though both Rebecca and Ivy are pushing the issue. Rebecca paints a picture of Theresa as a "money grubbing little slut." Pilar slaps Rebecca in the face and Rebecca retaliates by saying that Theresa must have got her violent side from Pilar.
Rebecca says that she saw Theresa on the wharf by the cannery. She pulled out a gun and went in the cannery and then Rebecca heard a shot. Everyone asks Rebecca what she was doing on the wharf that night. She says that she went for a walk and started to follow the sound of a wheel chair. She says that only one person has an electric wheelchair and that is Ivy. Ivy refuses to let anybody believe that she could have killed Julian. Ivy says that she was at the wharf and heard Eve's voice. Ivy then says that Eve had a gun in her hand. TC steps in and tells Ivy that Eve had no motive to kill Julian.
Everybody throws suspicion on each other. Ivy digs Eve as to why she was at the cannery the night Julian died.
Gwen begs her mother to stop throwing suspicion onto Theresa. She says it will only make Ethan want to rush to Theresa's defense.
An on duty Luis hears an alarm going off at The Book Cafe. Luis tackles an unsuspecting Beth. They have a laugh over the incident. Hank watches from the bushes, proud of himself that he set off the alarm and got Luis and Beth together. Luis confides his frustrations over Theresa to Beth. As he begins ranting, Beth hauls off and kisses him.
Tabitha gets caught stealing a lobster from the tank at the Seascape. Timmy steps in and tells the waiter that Tabby is a little forgetful and tries to get her to give the lobster back. It bites both the waiter and Tabitha.
Zombie Charity tells Miguel that she thinks Theresa is guilty of murder. Kay defends Theresa and looks good to Miguel in the process.
Diana surprises Brian by finishing the paint job in the guest room for him.
Sam swears to bring Julian's murderer to justice no matter who it is.
Beth plants a passionate kiss on Luis at the Book Cafe. Sam announces that he's going to start taking formal statements from all the suspects in Julian's murder. Suddenly feeling self-conscious about being so forward, Beth rushes off in embarrassment while Luis realizes that it was Hank who set off the burglar alarm to bring the couple together. Brian resists giving "Diana" any more insight into his painful past in Harmony. Theresa quietly assures her fretful mother that Chief Bennett cannot connect her to the shooting. Whitney gives Chad the cold shoulder. As Theresa continues to play lady of the manor in her new role as Mrs. Crane, Ivy and Rebecca contemplate various ways to bring their mutual enemy down. Hank again urges Luis not to blow his chance with a wonderful woman like Beth. Brian explains to Sheridan why his romance with Liz fizzled. Later, Brian stuns "Diana" with an impulsive marriage proposal. Chad asks Eve why she trashed the tape he received from some anonymous diner at the Seascape.
Zombie Charity returns home with Tabitha and Timmy. She asks Timmy to mix up a pitcher of Martimmies. Timmy and Tabitha worry that she will turn out to be even meaner if she has a few drinks. Tabitha urges Timmy to go up to bed. Timmy goes to the ancient scroll which infuriates the zombie. The scroll produces a hologram of the real Charity. She is begging to be rescued from her block of ice. Timmy tries to talk to Charity but realizes that it is only her image and that there is nothing he can do. She says that the only thing that can help her is the book of spells.
Diana and Brian (a.k.a. Sheridan and Antonio) begin to tango together. Sheridan knows some special Lopez-Fitzgerald moves and Brian cannot believe that she knows them. Diana herself cannot explain it either. She then has a flashback of dancing with Luis. She cries and runs into Brian's arms.
Luis and Pilar try to talk a headstrong Theresa out of laying claim to the Crane fortune. Luis is especially upset with her by telling Theresa that she gave the police a motive to suspect her as Julian's killer. Theresa refuses to listen. She says that the Crane money would make everyone's life easier. She goes off and tells Luis how could his beloved Sheridan ever been happy living in a small apartment cutting coupons. This hurts Luis and he tells his sister that Sheridan was eager to become his wife and live in an apartment with him. Theresa apologizes. Pilar goes to pray over Theresa's decision. She asks her to think her decision over. She asks "What would Jesus do?"
Miguel and Kay grow closer. Miguel says his mother told him when looking for a wife, look for a good friend. Kay says her grandfather told her to find someone who she can share history with. Kay silently promises herself that she will become Miguel's wife.
