Kristina was born in Bethesda, Maryland. She started her career at age 13 working as a reporter for a local Bethesda UPN television station. Her television exposure then led to some modeling jobs, the Miss Maryland Teen USA title and a one-time stint on America's Most Wanted.
In October 1999 she landed the role of Abigail Williams on As the World Turns, which earned her two Daytime Emmy Nominations for Outstanding Younger Actress. Since leaving the show in 2002, Kristina has acted in NBC’s Passions in the role of Charity Standish, and in feature films, including The Flock with Richard Gere and Claire Danes.
Kristina currently resides in Los Angeles.
