Rick Springfield's (
Noah Drake)return to General Hospital
last year after a 22-year absence sparked off a sense nostalgia for viewers of the ABC soap. The return of the 1980s heartthrob reminded many of the "golden age" of General Hospital.
Now through Sony/BMG Entertainment's Legacy Recordings label, fans of Springfield have yet another chance to relive the magic of the 80s. All of Springfield's greatest hits from the 80s all can now be found on one special CD: The Rick Springfield edition of "
We Are The 80s." The compilation features the hits "Jesse's Girl" and "Don't Talk to Strangers," both of which Springfield performed at this year's Daytime Emmy Awards. In addition, two previously unreleased tracks -- the original version of "Taxi Dancing" and "Learning To Cry" -- and the demo of "Jesse's Girl" are also made available for the first time on this collection.
In addition to opportunity to purchase Rick's "We Are The 80s" CD,
