.com founder Dan J Kroll), one of the few awards ceremonies where you, the fans, have a say in every step of the awards process. From the nominations straight through to the selection of the winners, the fans control the process.
The Dankies process has several phases - and you are invited to take part in every step of the voting process. For your convenience, here is a schedule of this year's Dankies.
Sunday, January 04th, 2009 to Monday, January 19th, 2009
Nominations Phase: Fans can nominate their selections for any and all of the soaps that they watch.
Sunday, February 08th, 2009 to Sunday, March 08th, 2009
The top nominees for each soap compete on a final ballot to determine the best of each soap.
Saturday, March 14th, 2009 to Sunday, April 19th, 2009
"All Soaps" ballot features the winners for each soap's voting. Winners determine the best of daytime in 2009
