Quick Catch-Up for the Week of July 22, 2013

Hunter and Kyle taunted Miranda at the beach. AJ invited Heather to the gala. Colby was delighted when Celia revealed that Pete had agreed to be the auction's eligible bachelor. Pete was frustrated by Celia's refusal to believe that he cared about her. Celia was disappointed to learn that Colby and Pete were friends with benefits. Pete rebuffed Colby's advances, so David offered Colby an opportunity at retribution. Celia had another terrifying vision. JR was surprised when Brooke gave him the lead on a project. Dimitri questioned Brooke's decision, so she explained that she wanted Adam to see JR succeed at something. JR had a violent outburst after an injection of steroids. Brooke became concerned when she noticed that she had missed a call from Adam. Dimitri confessed that he had answered Brooke's phone, but Adam had ended the call without a word. Cassandra was desperate to terminate her pregnancy, so Colby agreed to help Cassandra. Billy Clyde made an anonymous donation through Joe to the Miranda Center to help women who had suffered the way that Dixie had. Billy Clyde was moved when Dixie wrote a letter thanking him for his donation. Brooke asked Opal to work the red carpet during the gala.

What happened during the week of July 22, 2013

Maya caught Rafael and Caroline arguing about a steamy waterbed scene and figured out Caroline had been using the web series to make Rick jealous of Carter. Rafael fired Caroline, and the set exploded with water when Caroline's heels pierced the waterbed. After Hope accepted Liam's proposal, the two made love in Brooke's cabin. Hope and Wyatt created a chance encounter for Bill and Quinn, and Bill recognized Quinn from his past. Wyatt forced Quinn to admit that his father was Bill Spencer. Bill and Liam chased Wyatt down to convince Wyatt to accept his Spencer destiny. Eric told Brooke that Taylor had walked out on him.

Brady confessed to Kristen that he still had feelings for her. Kristen lied to Brady and told him that she had not been with anyone else during the breakup. Nicole confronted E.J. about what he said to Eric. Nicole was shocked when she found out that Brady and Kristen might get back together. Sami's arrest caused major chaos at the reception for the new school. Adrienne made a rash decision to turn in new evidence against Sami to the police. Sami realized that the case against her was strong. Eric and Nicole had words about Sami. Justin and Sonny were outraged to learn that Adrienne was the one who had turned over video evidence to the police. Will told Justin that Sami's legal problems were his fault because of a crime Will had committed when he was a child. Chad promised Abigail that he would protect her from any legal action. J.J. agreed to buy drugs for Theresa. J.J. ignored Jennifer's house rules and continued to lie to her. Abigail asked J.J. how he knew Theresa. Jennifer warned Theresa to shape up or ship out. Eric agreed to Daniel's plan to find out who had poisoned him. Kate was happy to learn that Rafe remembered how much she meant to him. Kristen turned to her past to help solve her future problems. Rafe became distressed when he found out that Sami had killed Bernardi. Abigail pushed Jennifer to let Daniel be part of her life again.

What happened during the week of July 22, 2013

Sam was delighted to learn that Franco was a perfect bone marrow match for Danny. However, Sam's joy was short-lived because Franco had been rushed into surgery to remove a brain tumor. Sam prayed for Jason to watch over Franco, so Franco could save Danny's life. T.J. told Taylor that he wanted to be friends and pleaded with Molly to give him another chance. Elizabeth warned Nikolas that Britt was trouble. Nikolas resented Elizabeth cautioning him about Britt when Elizabeth had ignored his warnings about A.J. Kiki accepted Morgan's marriage proposal. Kiki was hurt when she realized that Michael had spent the night with a woman he had picked up in a bar. Michael agreed to help Felix find out what Brad and Britt were hiding by romancing the secret out of Brad. Ava managed to secure Franco's signature on a proxy authorizing her to vote with his shares of ELQ. Ava struck a deal with Tracy, but the votes to oust A.J. didn't go as planned. Laura confronted Tracy about the results of Luke's recent medical tests. Tracy told Laura everything, including that Luke was searching for Jerry. Scott objected to Laura taking off to find Luke, but she insisted that she needed to give her children closure with their dying father. Dr. Obrecht returned to Port Charles.

Michelle thanked Matthew for making her first time memorable. Jack was frustrated when Kate refused to talk to him outside of class because Jack remained under Shaun's watchful gaze. Blair had second thoughts about rekindling things with Todd because she was afraid of losing him again. Jack walked in on Todd and Blair after they had made love. Jack insisted that Blair made him sick, and he stormed out. Blair tried to get through to Jack, but Jack refused to accept Todd or Blair's relationship with Todd. David confessed to Jo that his marriage to Dorian was on the rocks. Jo told him about her dream reality show, Anatomy of Divorce, which would show both sides of a divorce. David jumped on board when Jo promised to sell the show from his perspective. Dorian demanded that Rama be fired, but she quickly backed down when Cutter went to bat for Rama by threatening to sue Dorian. Arturo gave Dani a pair of diamond earrings as a token of his appreciation. Dani was reluctant to accept the extravagant gift, but Arturo assured her that there weren't any strings attached. Natalie and Cutter spent time together getting to know each other. Natalie made it clear that she expected Cutter to be honest with her.

Nikki and Victor raised money for multiple sclerosis research at their charity fundraiser. Victoria was disappointed when Billy didn't attend the gala. After Phyllis overheard Sharon admit that she'd changed Summer's DNA test results, Sharon chased Phyllis to the benefit. During a struggle over Phyllis' phone, Phyllis fell down a flight of stairs and needed brain surgery. Sharon fled the scene, but she didn't realize that her lipstick had fallen out of her purse. Paul found the lipstick on the stairs, and Summer was surprised to later find the lipstick among Phyllis' belongings from the accident scene. Phyllis awakened after surgery, and Jack proposed. Phyllis was unable to say anything other than Nick's name. Noah noticed Sharon's extreme reaction when he told her about Phyllis' fall. At Cassie's urging, Sharon prepared to confess to Nick, but she clammed up when she realized that Phyllis hadn't revealed Sharon's secret. Billy convinced Melanie to sue Adam for sexual harassment. Billy fired Carmine. Raven and Fen got high together. Carmine used Fen's lost phone to lure Lauren to a remote cabin. Kevin created a distraction so Michael could escape police custody. Lauren tried to get away after she stabbed Carmine, but Carmine tied her to the bed. Michael arrived to rescue Lauren. The blogger posted that Cane had boarded a plane with a beautiful woman, and Lily learned that Hilary had joined Cane on his business trip. Neil and Leslie plotted to uncover the blogger's identity. Neil remembered that he had met Rose.

Josh was devastated to learn that Reva and Richard were married and had a son together. Josh agreed to stay in San Cristobel with Reva while she tried to remember her past, but Richard warned Josh that Reva's life was in danger if he stayed in town. Edmund continued to manipulate Olivia and convinced her that Richard would forget Reva and marry Olivia. Edmund sabotaged Richard and Reva's fencing match, with a serious outcome. Josh, Billy, Cassie, Danny, and Michelle worked on a plan to free Reva. Alan had a major heart attack at Towers. Rick saved Alan's life and was reinstated to the hospital. Susan sneaked Lizzie into to the hospital to see Grampa Alan. Alan expressed remorse to his family for his past mistakes and vowed to change if he lived. India kept a vigil at his side. Alan had another setback after receiving a good prognosis. David and Vicky made love, but he purposely pushed Vicky away after refusing to fire Ben as his attorney. Bill's computer software got the green light. Jesse got a marriage license, but Drew kept stalling. Drew finally opened up to Jesse about her Judaism and how it might affect their relationship. Cassie hired Sam to work at the farm. Holly tried to find out more about Sam's past. Carmen plotted with Edmund to ruin Danny and Michelle's marriage and to support Edmund with his plan to remove Reva from Richard's life for the sake of the country.
