What happened during the week of April 28, 2014

Brooke implored Katie to step down as CEO or at least let Bill have more time with Will. To force Katie's compliance, Brooke revealed that she hadn't destroyed the papers that would legally reinstate Bill as CEO and grant him equal custody of Will. Wyatt reluctantly agreed to let Hope date him and Liam, and Liam took Hope on a tour of the local animal shelter, where he surprised her by adopting a cat for them. Thorne and Taylor decided that Aly wasn't ready to hear about their rekindled relationship. Oliver agreed to be Aly's boyfriend but urged her to keep it a secret for the time being. Quinn pressed for Bill to support Wyatt and make Wyatt a Spencer.

What happened during the week of April 28, 2014

Jennifer was shocked when she learned that Liam had drugged Daniel and that Liam was obsessed with her. Nicole's efforts to save Jennifer from Liam left both women fearing for their lives. Theresa told Daniel, Eric, and Brady what she knew about Liam and warned them about him. Daniel and Eric rushed to Smith Island to find Jennifer and Nicole. Nicole shot Daniel by mistake as she and Jennifer tried to escape from Liam. Liam was killed in a fight with Daniel. Theresa worried that someone would find out about her part in Liam's scheme. Abigail was upset with Ben for trying to help her when he thought that Nick was harassing her. E.J. learned that Percy was the one who had taken the photo of him and Abigail. E.J. made Percy a deal to get out town that Percy could not refuse. Ciara proposed a plan to Aiden that would make the fundraiser a success. Bev warned Paige to stay away from J.J. Will worried that Gabi would give in to Nick's version of the custody agreement. Gabi realized that Nick was controlling her, but she felt trapped with no way out. Sami turned to Rafe and Abigail for help to stop Nick. Kate gave Jordan shocking news about her past that could ruin things between her and Rafe.

What happened during the week of April 28, 2014

Madeline confided to Nathan that Nina was alive, but she begged Nathan not to tell anyone because Madeline had been destitute and had needed access to Nina's money. Madeline was transferred to Riker's Island to await trial for killing Nakamura and injecting Nina with an overdose of antidepressant. A mystery woman woke up in a hospital and called out for Silas. Scott agreed to drop all of the charges against Liesl and Britt in exchange for Liesl returning Dante and Lulu's last remaining frozen embryo. Nathan asked Liesl who his father was, but she refused to identify the man. Victor returned to give Patrick an opportunity to talk to Robin. Patrick was hurt and angry when Robin refused to return home during the crisis, so he made it clear that they were over if she continued to put Jason first. Maxie apologized to Lulu and admitted that she hoped that she and Lulu could one day be friends again. Lulu surprised Maxie by confessing that Lulu had missed Maxie. Mac was not impressed when he met Maxie's new boyfriend, Levi. Shawn was certain that Jordan had become involved in drug trafficking again. Jordan threatened to tell T.J. the truth about how T.J.'s father had died. Morgan was devastated when he realized that Sonny had slept with Ava. Luke ordered Julian to kill Ava when Morgan revealed that Ava had been feeding Sonny inside information about the Jerome organization. Carly and Franco found A.J.'s cell phone and discovered that a recording had been in progress when the battery had died.

Hilary and Neil had sex, but she hesitated to go public with their relationship. Devon was upset when he overheard her having sex, and he assumed that she had a boyfriend. Lily and Devon worried that a rejuvenated Neil was covering up his heartbreak. Nikki left Victor after Nick informed her about the plan to drive Sharon crazy. Victor rejected Sharon's request for his help to figure out her secret, and he planted doubts about her relationship with Nick in her head. Nick sought Avery's legal advice to make Victor pay for his actions. The Cassie look-alike turned out to be Mariah, who tried to cause a rift between Tyler and Abby. Mariah called Ian for support. Ian reported to Paul that he suspected Dylan was stalking him. Paul and Christine decided to try to have a baby. Chloe suggested that she and Billy conceive another child to replace Delia, but he only wanted a family with Victoria. Victoria learned that she was pregnant, but she was uncertain whether the baby's father was Billy or Stitch. Billy overheard Kelly and Stitch talking about something Stitch regretted, and Billy vowed to uncover Stitch's secret. Jack and Kelly dated and grew closer during a heart-to-heart talk about Phyllis. Someone anonymously sent Avery flowers, and Dylan confronted Ian.

Noah took charge of Cassie and Richard's escape from San Cristobel. Marah's 18th birthday ended in confusion; she was arrested for underage drinking, and Noah found Josh and Reva in a compromising situation. Harley's "bug" at the Bauer house produced enough evidence for Agent Aitoro to warrant an investigation into Carmen's death and do DNA tests on her ashes. Danny and the Bauers blasted Harley for choosing her job over their friendship. Harley told Rick that she was pregnant. Edmund was proclaimed Prince of San Cristobel, and then proposed to Beth; she accepted. In the confusion and struggle to escape from San Cristobel, Richard thought he had killed Edmund, and Cassie was mistakenly left behind and captured. Edmund hid his ruthlessness from Beth. Lillian and Phillip were shocked at Beth's decision to marry Edmund as well as her cold, calculating behavior toward anyone in conflict with her or Edmund. Beth decided to keep the children in San Cristobel permanently. Richard, Noah, and the others prepared to find Cassie.
