Amid Thorne's agonizing, unanswered questions, the Forresters hosted a memorial service for Aly. Thorne demanded to know how Aly had really died. Ridge refused to let Thorne blame Steffy. Ivy, however, did blame Steffy, but in the middle of Ivy accusing Steffy of murder, Liam interjected the news that he'd chosen Steffy. Wyatt comforted Ivy with kisses and a private dinner. Thomas turned in a design to Ridge, who felt his son was being hasty. Upon Thomas' insistence upon an opinion, Ridge ripped up the design and called it an embarrassment for a designer with successful past experience.

Nicole could not believe the extent of Daniel's love for her. Serena's plan to get revenge did not go as planned. Lucas offered Justin some wise advice. Kate and Justin had kind words for each other. Paul had his first run-in with gay bashing. Will's plan to push Derrick and Paul together was on track. Chad asked Will for a favor. Will asked Abigail to hear what Chad had to say. Chad poured his heart out to Abigail. Chad did his best to convince Abigail that they should be together. Clyde pressured Ben to take the next step with Abigail. Ben asked Abigail to marry him.

Luke Spencer bid farewell to Port Charles. Laura paid Elizabeth a visit to reveal that Nikolas had confided Jake Doe's real identity. Elizabeth implored Laura to keep the secret because Elizabeth suspected that Nikolas had arranged for Hayden to be shot when Hayden had threatened to tell Jake the truth. Dante showered Lulu with attention and gifts in an effort to get his marriage back on track, but Lulu explained that she would need time to move past Dante's kiss with Valerie. Valerie was upset when Maxie questioned Valerie's intentions toward Dante, so Dillon offered Valerie a solution to her problems by asking Valerie out on a date. Nathan discovered incriminating evidence in Nina's hotel suite, implicating her in Avery's abduction, but he suspected his sister had been framed. Nina asked Ric for a divorce because she still loved Franco, but Ric managed to manipulate Nina into delaying the divorce until her legal troubles were behind her. Ric persuaded Nina to check into Shadybrook for treatment. Silas was livid when he caught Ava in bed with Morgan. Silas vowed to tell Kiki about the illicit affair then warned Ava that he also intended to make a full confession to Scott about Avery's abduction and Ava's ruse. After a talk with Silas, Franco paid Nina a visit to tell her about Silas' role in Avery's kidnapping. Nina felt betrayed and stormed off to confront Silas. Franco caught up to Nina at Silas' apartment, where she was kneeling over Silas' body, clutching a bloody knife.

Chelsea declared that she was done with Adam after she learned he'd slept with Sage. Sage prepared to walk out of Nick's life, but he forgave her for lying about never having sex with Gabriel. The attempted murder charges against Victor were dropped. Sharon was insecure about the possibility of Dylan walking out on her, but he professed his love to her. Lauren agreed to try to forgive Michael. Cane couldn't forgive Lily for sleeping with Joe, but he agreed to work out shared custody of their kids. Kevin and Mariah searched the lake for Marco's body, but they found no sign of Marco. Adam took off with Connor, but he returned with the tot. Adam was almost fingerprinted at the police station, but Jack called in a favor and had the charges dropped. Victor rehired Gabriel at Newman-Abbott. Paul suffered a minor heart attack, but he refused to take time away from work. Hilary happily planned her wedding, and she was relieved when Neil claimed he wouldn't do anything to interfere with her and Devon's big day. Colin threw an impromptu bachelor party for Devon, and he drugged Devon's drink and made it appear as if Devon had slept with a prostitute. Colin filmed incriminating footage and forwarded it to Neil, who had paid Colin to set Devon up. Phyllis became increasingly uneasy about the changes in Jack's behavior. Jack took Phyllis on a second honeymoon to Istanbul, and he confessed that there had been two Jack Abbotts.
