Caroline and Ridge deflected Thomas' concerns about what he'd overheard, and the couple agreed to stop discussing the issue at the office. Thomas designed a dress for Ivy, but when he kissed her, she insisted that she was with Wyatt. Thomas bet Steffy that he could get Ivy. Steffy wouldn't take the bet but doubted that he'd succeed. When Wyatt left on an overnight trip, Steffy became worried about his relationship. Thomas set up a romantic scene at the mansion. Though Ivy resisted, she eventually gave in to temptation. Liam proposed to Steffy, and she agreed to marry him.

Bo learned he was dying. Bo and Hope made love. Bo told Rafe about his health and asked him to take care of Hope. Sami tried to bargain with Andre, with no success. Marlena and John found the flash drive that could help save Sami's life. Abe told Theo that Lani was his sister. When Abigail went into labor, Ben refused to take her to the hospital. Ben went over the edge and held Wendy and Abigail at gunpoint. Chad asked Marlena to help him remember what had happened between him and Ben. Bo's family threw him a surprise party, unaware he was at death's door. Caroline had a vision of Bo and Hope crying. Ciara told Caroline she wished that her parents would reunite. Hope was upset and confused about why Bo had left the partly so abruptly. Steve encouraged Bo to tell Hope the truth about his illness. Steve helped Kayla deal with Bo's illness. Bo told Hope he was very ill and had little time to live. Hope and Bo remembered their life together. Later, Bo collapsed and died in Hope's arms.

Despite being confined to a bed and gravely ill, Helena took delight in playing mind games with Jason, Sam, and Elizabeth. Michael was confused when Sabrina canceled her sonogram appointment without telling him. Maxie was determined to help Nina save Crimson. Franco was arrested for driving Carly off the road. Franco and Morgan persuaded Kiki to let Franco take the fall for the accident. Kiki agreed to run away with Morgan and start a new life, but she quickly realized that something was wrong when Morgan began to act erratic and paranoid because she decided to return to Port Charles to face the consequences for her actions. Alexis invited Olivia and Leo to Thanksgiving dinner. Anna agreed to schedule therapy sessions with Andre. Hayden went to Pentonville to talk to Shawn and tell him that she suspected he had not shot her.

Adam was confident that he'd win the appeal, but Victor pulled his support when he learned Ian's body hadn't been found in the wreckage from the fire. Adam was beaten in prison. Paragon launched another attack on Newman and Jabot. Stitch resolved to marry Abby, despite his feelings for Ashley. Nick and Sage sought therapy to deal with the loss of Christian. Christian was alive and being cared for by a nurse who reported to Dr. Anderson. Sharon realized that she wasn't really pregnant. Hilary collapsed after taking Dr. Neville's pills. Hilary lied to the police to cover for Neil. Neil and Hilary kissed, but he pulled away. Neil told Gwen that he still had feelings for Hilary that he wanted to pursue. Gwen threatened to tell Devon the truth if Neil didn't.
