Sally Spectra spurred her great-niece, named after her, to take action before Spectra was demolished. The younger Sally talked C.J. into giving her six months to revive Spectra before he sold the space for demolition, and Sally's first hire was Saul's grandson, also named Saul. Rick and Thomas were livid about Steffy and Ridge running Forrester, and when Maya said the father and daughter wouldn't vacate their posts soon, Thomas murmured that it might be time to vacate Forrester. To Thomas' surprise, he bumped into the young Sally Spectra. Katie warned Ridge to be careful with Quinn, and he warned Katie to be careful with Eric. Brooke overheard Quinn asking Ridge to keep a secret and ordered them to say what was going on between them.

Maggie reached out to Nicole. Deimos held Chad and Gabi hostage. Deimos had the upper hand on Kate, Andre, and Eduardo. Jennifer learned that Drew Donovan was the key to the Orwell hard drive. Kate helped Eduardo through a difficult time. Belle did not agree with Chloe's latest tactic. Nicole lashed out at Chloe about Holly. Justin told Nicole to stay clear of Chloe if she wanted to win full custody of Holly.

While recuperating in the hospital, Franco escaped and saved Elizabeth at Seth Baker's house. Sam, Jason, and Sonny plotted to follow Julian to find Morgan's killer. Curtis rejoined Sonny's group. Ned and Olivia each considered marriage separately. Franco and Elizabeth made love. Bobbie and Felicia began to investigate Nelle's background. Olivia turned out to be Alexis' sponsor.

Lauren signed a deal with Jack to give him a minority interest in Fenmore's. Jill was livid that Lauren had sold Jack part of the company without consulting her. Jill decided to sell Brash & Sassy to Billy, Victoria, and Cane in order to liquidate money to buy Jack out. Colin returned to town and was suspiciously against Jill's desire to get more involved at Fenmore's. Gloria was crushed when Jack told her that he couldn't offer her a job at Lauren's company. Jack joined Gloria for several rounds of drinks, and the two ended up having sex. Ashley was irritated when Jack assigned Ravi to work with Phyllis. Devon hired Mariah as Hilary's co-host on GC Buzz. Hilary apologized on live television for causing Mariah's fall. Gloria approached Mariah about a story regarding sexual harassment in the workplace, and she gave an anonymous interview naming Jack as her harasser. Hilary presented Devon with divorce papers. Paul convinced Sharon to tell everyone that Dylan had left town to get away from her. Lily was dismayed to learn that she'd have to work on Valentine's Day, since it was her and Cane's anniversary. Victoria was grateful to Billy for providing good advice about how to bond with Reed, but she lashed out at Billy when she found out that he'd discussed her home life with Phyllis. Billy reacted to Victoria's tirade by kissing Phyllis in the Jabot elevator.
