Maya and Rick returned home and learned that Nicole might be unable to have more kids. Clerical errors led Carter to redraft Lizzie's adoption paperwork, and he informed Rick that the new papers needed signatures. Eric instructed Quinn to fire Katie, and Katie drew a gun on Quinn. The gun was unloaded, but the rifle that missed its shot at Quinn the next day wasn't. While Katie answered questions at the police station, Quinn encountered a dark-haired woman in Katie's house. The woman introduced herself as Sheila.

Eli returned to camp and told everyone that Paul had attacked him. Chad warned everyone that Paul might have jungle madness. Sonny searched for Paul after he had attacked Gabi. Abigail asked Raines for a favor. Abigail told Jennifer that she had to marry Dario to keep him safe. Hope tried to pump Myron about Dario but came up empty. To save the company, Kate asked Andre to marry her. John and Marlena learned that Paul was missing. John put his family before the ISA. Claire learned what Jade had done and was furious. Julie lashed out at Valerie for keeping Eli out of her life. Abe was proud of Theo for helping Julie and Valerie make peace. Adrienne and Justin prayed that Sonny and the others were alive and safe.

Valentin was arrested. Lulu was granted custody of Charlotte. Nina served Valentin with divorce papers. Alex Merrick escaped from WSB custody and made her way to Port Charles to let Valentin know that the WSB didn't have a case against either of them if they agreed not to testify. Ava begged Sonny to kill her, but he wanted her to live and to suffer. Sonny and Carly were shaken when they witnessed Kiki's heartache as the doctors worked to resuscitate Ava. Spencer returned home and pleaded with Laura to let him stay. Finn was suspended when Liesl tampered with his drug test. Hayden grew suspicious of Liesl because Liesl disliked Finn more than Brad did. Sonny and Carly shared a close moment and kissed. Sam had an unsettling experience during a massage when she heard her own voice whisper a warning that her family was in danger. Julian ran into Alexis and Scout. Curtis' aunt paid him a surprise visit on his birthday. Aunt Stella was not happy to learn that Curtis and Jordan were dating because she blamed Jordan for the deaths of both Curtis' brother and mother.

At Hilary's urging, Juliet filed a lawsuit against Brash & Sassy for sexual harassment, naming Cane as her harasser. Victoria was surprised when Cane urged her to settle the suit, even though he maintained his innocence. Lily stood by Cane, despite her suspicions about what might have happened in Tokyo. Mattie showed up at the Underground after Reed invited her to hear him play. Tessa grappled with whether or not to take Devon's recording deal. Nikki walked in on Tessa reporting to Victor over the phone. Lauren bristled when she learned about Scott and Sharon's budding romance. Nick and Chelsea left Chloe's funeral after Kevin blasted them for their role in her death. Alone in the church after the service, Kevin fainted when Chloe emerged alive from the casket. Chloe gave Kevin an address and begged him to secretly find her there. Dr. Harris whisked Chloe back to his home in Louisiana. Chloe flashed back to discussing the "nuclear option" of faking her death with Victor. After having poignant moments with his loved ones, Kevin pretended he was going on a vacation alone, but he grabbed a gun and planned to track down Chloe. Ashley and Jack's suspicions about Graham grew. Dina admitted to Jack that she wished she had more time with her family, but she stood by her decision to leave town. Dina later had second thoughts, but Graham reminded her that there was something she didn't want her family to know.
