Emmy-nominated David Lago joined The Young and The Restless as Raul Guittierez in July 1999.

Before joining the Y&R cast, Lago starred in Hollywood Safari, a series that aired on the Animal Planet cable channel. Lago has also appeared in a recurring role on 7th Heaven.

Away from the small screen, Lago had appeared in the films Young Hollywood and Hollywood Horror.
