Tricia finds Carter's pills and confronts him about it. Ryan tells Tricia he feels they shouldn't be living as a married couple anymore. Paul tells Chris he isn't going to put his life on hold for her. Christine goes to Hong Kong, alone. The Glo by Jabot and Brash And Sassy promotions are a big success. Victoria thinks Phyllis should sleep with Jack in order to scoop out the competition. Jack feels vulnerable to Phyllis and feels he knows what kind of info he can scoop out of her. Ashley agrees to let Brad adopt Abby to make her his real daughter. Malcolm asks Alex out on a date. Marissa quits working for Diane as she senses there is no future there since Diane is about to give birth. Diane goes into labor and now has a baby son with Victor.

Diane finally has her baby, a little boy named Christian Victor Newman. Victor demands a paternity test. Nikki went to the Newman Penthouse to offer Victor support. Ashley and Brad put their legal notice for adoption in the paper. Alex and Malcolm go on a dinner date, only to notice Phyllis having a date with Jack as well. Phyllis tells Jack about Victoria's scheme to get info out of him and admits she doesn't play those games anymore. Nina and Tomas are surprised Paul didn't go to Hong Kong with Chris. Ryan decided to leave Tricia and move out of the apartment and sets up temporary residence with Neil. Olivia decides that Neil is a better father figure for Nate than Malcolm because she feels Neil can give him stability in his life but tried to establish a relationship. Nicholas offers Carter the management position at his third coffeehouse but Carter.

Nina and Tomas both agree to work on the movie together. Tomas is still frustrated he can't put the right words into place. Phillip is going to stay with Jill while they work on the movie. Mary thinks what Christine did to Paul was unforgivable, by not having his child and moving to Hong Kong. Ashley and Brad have the wedding night they had always planned. Victor finally admits to Diane that even while they were married, he never wanted to have kids with her. Jill insults Jack to the nth degree about him not being there for his son, Keemo. Jack and Nikki remember the child they lost so many years ago and envy Diane and Ashley for having babies. Jack wishes he had another kid of his own. Tricia almost commits suicide, only to have Carter rescue her. Now Carter thinks Tricia is even more nuts for her wanting to leave town. Victoria calls Keith Dennison to talk to him about Tricia. Ryan and Victoria get into a heated argument and Vicki feels she may have burned her relationship with Ryan.

Jack meets the child who received his baby's heart. Little Jack calls Jack and Nikki his guardian angels and thanks them for a second chance at life, whereas their son never made it. Phillip is staying at the Chancellor Estate while Nina and Tomas work on their screenplay. Carter tries to rape Sharon while she is passed out cold, after having a margarita laced with ecstasy. Nick comes home and doesn't like seeing his wife in this state. Carter tells Sharon he will seriously think about the manager's position. Paul angrily tells Mary to butt out of his marriage to Chris. They will sort out their problems together. Tomas's ego has taken over the screenplay project. Tomas tells Nina that without his help, Nina's book wouldn't be as good as it is today. Nina feels crushed. Nina will go alone to LA and work with the movie producer and screenwriter. Mac tries to convince Billy not to go to the rave, since there will be drugs there. Mac remembers the episode from last year when Billy almost lost his life. Brittany tells Mac to leave Billy alone, for good. Ashley asks Neil to join the Carlton family and Olivia for dinner. The test results are in for the paternity test. Diane reminds Phyllis of the schemes she pulled in order to convince Danny he was the father of little Daniel and that Phyllis was an unfit parent.

Victor threatens Diane and tells her that she has one week to move out of Genoa City or else face criminal charges. Before Diane has a chance to kill Nikki for supposedly changing the sperm samples, Ashley comes in and saves the day. Diane and Leanna Love sort out a plan to smother Victor in his own demises. Phyllis and Jack continue their romance, only to have Jill find out about it and spare the surprise for Ashley and Brad. Billy gives Brittany the ring he once gave to Mack. Mack sees it and is devastated. Brittany says if Billy loves her as much as he does, then prove it. Brad's adoption hearing for Abby is only one week away, just in time for Abby's christening next Friday. Jack and Phyllis continue their erotic romance and Phyllis feels it's time they should go public with their relationship. Ashley continues to pressure Jack to find someone and settle down with but Jack hesitates to name his mystery woman. Olivia is asked to be Godmother and Neil to be Godfather.

Diane leaves Genoa City for good and has a heartfelt goodbye with Marissa and Michael Baldwin, two of her closest friends. Nikki is finally relieved that Diane has skipped town. Victor wants to get to the bottom of who is responsible for switching the sperm samples. Carter is now in deep trouble because the Ecstasy pills he got from a dealer in Milwaukee was a bad batch. Jordan takes EX and ends up in the hospital. Mack saves JT's life is convincing him not to take "X." Ashley sets up Jack with Bunny Hutchinson for Abby's christening. Phyllis is not thrilled about Jack's date but is relieved Jack is consumed with his relationship with Phyllis. Keith Dennison comes to town and gives Ryan an earful on how he has destroyed Tricia and feels Ryan abandoned Tricia when she needed Ryan the most. Keith catches Victoria and Ryan kissing and is not impressed. Warton feels like he could be a man on the loose if the kids spill that Carter was the one who supplied the "X" at Crimson Lights.

Carter goes to visit Jordan at Genoa City Memorial and makes sure Jordan doesn't come out of there alive. Jordan's friend Marc won't speak to the detective without a lawyer. Abby's christening went well. Jack and Bunny Hutchinson have a good time and Phyllis tries to crash the party. Phyllis locks Bunny in the closet at the chapel and pays a visit to the Abbott house. Phyllis hopes she didn't screw things up with Jack. Nikki admits to Victor she was responsible for the sperm sample switch but now Victor is thinking of pressing charges against Nikki. Brittany is jealous of St Mack trying to save Bill and feels Mack is causing trouble in their relationship. Olivia hopes Neil can take the scenic route on their way home from the reception. Victoria and Ryan have a run in with Keith Dennison and it's not pleasant. Warton calls the DA's office and reveals some secret info about Nick Newman. Nick plans a memorial for Jordan at Crimson Lights.

Jack was not impressed with Phyllis crashing the christening party. Jack overhears a message from Victoria, telling Phyllis to spy on Jack about Jabot's spring web campaign. Phyllis tells Jack she cares for him deeply and has no intention of spying on him. Phyllis has a non-compete clause in her contract with Newman and can't do anything for 6 months if she leaves the company. The DA gets a search warrant out and finds drugs at Crimson Lights in a coffee bag. Nick and Sharon are stopped at the airport for questioning and have to delay their flight to Puerto Rico. Keith and Ryan collaborate to help Tricia get well. Keith suggests to Tricia that if she doesn't co-operate, they will sign her into a mental hospital. Nikki calls her detective to find out who the father of Diane's baby is. Nikki is surprised to hear the results but won't reveal who he is. I think it's Jack, personally. Nate tells Malcolm he wishes he could see Malcolm more often. Alex asks Olivia about shutting Nate out of Malcolm's life. Olivia is defensive and walks out on Alex.

Nick is arrested on drug and murder charges. Nick advises Sharon to be strong for him. Isabella goes to see Paul about a man possibly following her. Isabella tells Paul she was beaten by her husband. Paul agrees to take on the case. Carter tells Tricia he isn't going anywhere for some time but knows deep down Sharon and Nick will get their revenge for what they did to Carter/Matt Clarke years ago. Malcolm threatens Olivia to tell Nate that his mother is pushing Malcolm away from Nate on purpose because he hasn't been a good father. Tricia decides to hide with Carter so that Keith and Ryan won't try to follow her. JT lays a kiss to Mack and Billy and Brittany happen to notice and this drives Billy mad. Brittany threatens to break up with Billy because of Mack hovering around them. Paul thinks about visiting Christine in order to resolve his marriage issues. Michael finds out Christine will be back from her business trip early and goes home to pack and go to Hong Kong before Paul does. Jack tells Jabot about Brash and Sassy's spring campaign and implores them to come up with a plan to beat the competition.

Nick's bail is denied and is retained in jail. Carter makes Tricia promise not to tell a single soul where she is while they are still in Genoa City. Victoria and Ryan take off for Boston to find Megan. Malcolm is still upset about Olivia's decision and vows Olivia will get her just desserts. Billy has a dream about Brittany, but the girl in his dreams turns out to be Mack. The Glo by Jabot kids are going on vacation for their spring break. Brad thinks this is a good time for he and Ashley have the honeymoon they never had. Mary runs into Phyllis and she spills the beans that Michael is already in Hong Kong. Mary goes to see Paul and tells him about Michael beating him to see Christine.

Warton brutally attacks Carter at Crimson Lights. Warton is put in jail and his cell is right across from....Nick Newman. Nick makes an offer with the devil. Nick agrees to pay off Warton if he confesses to everything. Warton denies he is guilty of any wrongdoing. Sharon is still upset about Nick being in jail and misses him dearly. Nikki offers Sharon to make a care package for Nick. Victor asks Paul to get a picture of Matt Clarke and send them to every plastic surgeon in the Midwest. Phyllis is devastated that she found out Jack was spying on her to get info for Jabot. Phyllis will never speak to Jack again. Alex tells Malcolm, Neil isn't standing by Olivia as to her decision about Malcolm and Nate. Tricia finds Carter's drug pills, which could be the same one Carter used to drug Tricia the first night she had an affair. Ryan and Victoria come up empty handed while visiting Megan in Boston. Mack finds out Brittany lied about sleeping with Billy the last night of the summer campaign so Brittany makes an excuse to go to the Abbott pool house to destroy the evidence against her.

Isabella Brana was attacked by a man she believes to have been a hit man hired by her husband. Paul offered shelter at his place for the time being. Michael advises Jack to hold on to his feelings for Phyllis and give it some time. Jack sends Phyllis numerous bouquets of flowers and admits he made a terrible mistake. Jack is in love with Phyllis and wants no other woman but her. Mamie offers Malcolm to stage an event so that Malcolm can run into them at Gina's and join his son for a nice chat and to spend time together. Victor threatens Carter to leave town as soon as possible, as Victor doesn't trust him around Sharon. Carter is furious and asks Sharon to meet so that they can come up with a plan to get Victor off Carter's back. Ryan and Victoria go out for a nice dinner and end up rehashing their old feelings in the Tack Room and end up wondering how Victoria has changed since her marriage to Ryan. Tricia calls Ryan on his cell phone. Ryan knows Tricia is ok but is still worried about her situation and feels she is in terrible danger. It seems that the EX pills Brittany bought at the Rave from JT could be the link to proving Nick was behind the drug bust, thereby eliminating his chances of bail for now. Raul continues to feel thirsty and almost passes out to dehydration. Rianna is frustrated about Raul's attitude and cares deeply for him and wants to help him out. I think Raul was improperly diagnosed by the HMO, which could lead to a more serious illness Raul doesn't even know about.

Phyllis gave Jack an ultimatum: If Jack wants this relationship as much as she does, then Jack must trust her with his access code to his computer and his family secrets. Katherine suggested taking Mack on a trip to Hawaii for her spring break. JT asked Mack if he could come along. Paul told Isabella that if her husband is released from jail, she would be more at risk; therefore Isabella is staying at Paul's apartment, temporarily. Tricia called a pharmaceutical company to have one of Carter's pill analyzed. Victor threatens Carter to leave Genoa City in 48 hours, as he feels Carter is a threat to Sharon. Alex tells Malcolm that he may have more rights to Nate than Olivia realizes. Malcolm and Nate meet for a brief time as Gina's, thanks to Mamie. Nikki advises Jack to fight for Phyllis's affection and regain her trust. Nick thinks he can get the truth out of Warton and reveal his accomplice. Carter has thought of a way to keep Warton silenced. Victor's suspicions about Matt Clarke having plastic surgery are accurate.

Carter asked Tricia to go visit Warton in jail. Tricia gave Warton the message that he'll be out in a week or so. Victor made arrangements for Cassie and Noah to visit Nick on Noah's birthday. Mack allowed JT to come along with her on the trip to Hawaii. Rianna was worried about Mack and JT and gives advice about sex. Michael planned a trip to Fiji for Christine, once she is done with her case. Billy and Rianna searched online for an ailment matching Raul's symptoms; there's a high possibility that its diabetes. Later, Raul was admitted to the hospital. Paul remembered the good times he had with Christine. Paul opens up to Isabella about his marriage problems. Raul's fate is in Olivia's hands. Ryan felt Tricia could have broken into the Newman Enterprises mainframe to make up that fake shipping label used to frame Nick. Victor admitted she is involved with Ryan.

Ryan told Victoria that Tricia possibly used Ryan's laptop to get into the Newman mainframe and possibly help frame Nick. Olivia managed to stabilize Raul and has regained consciousness. Olivia remembered Billy and Rianna mentioning Raul going to see 2 doctors and got no sincere diagnosis of his condition. Christine called Paul from Hong Kong. Paul was upset Christine didn't make the effort to meet him halfway in order to spend time together. Christine decided to work on the case a bit more then take a nice vacation. Paul is worried that his marriage won't last much longer and is ripping at the seams. Tricia met with Michael Baldwin to discuss on what she had found about Carter's mysterious pill. Tricia thought Carter used it on her to try to rape her. Tricia tried to kill herself by turning on the stove, until Ryan saved her life. Before Ryan can help Tricia out, Carter walked into his apartment and attacked Ryan with a bat, leaving Ryan unconscious. Phyllis found out about the Jabot campaign being cancelled. Phyllis agreed to give their relationship a second chance. Mamie had a thought that Neil might be having feelings for Alex. Malcolm and Alex discussed about having children someday and Alex wants her life to move on besides her career, so Malcolm gets down on one knee.

Olivia missed Neil and felt lonely without him in her life. Brittany wanted JT to spread fake rumors about sleeping with Mack. Victoria and Paul rescue Ryan from Carter's apartment. Victor got to Sharon in time and saved her from Carter's clutches. Knowing that jail could be in her future, Tricia tried to commit suicide by driving off a cliff.

Nick tells Victor it was Matt Clarke who pulled out his own breathing tube and placed it in Nick's hands to frame Nick for Matt's murder. Paul dug up some evidence from the hospital to link Matt Clarke to Jordan Spencer's death. Warton pleaded the 5th Amendment in court and will not provide any more info as it could implicate him to Matt. Nick pleaded with Warton to help testify and give evidence of Matt's behavior to help exonerate Nick from possible double murder charges. Malcolm has threatened Olivia to go to court for visitation of Nate. Both Mamie and Neil have agrees to testify on Malcolm's behalf and not Olivia's. Jack advised Phyllis to win the blessing of John to the family, Phyllis has to just be herself and let things happen naturally. Phyllis advised Sean that dating Jill could lead to trouble. Sean told Phyllis to back off and let him handle his own relationships. Brittany tells Mack it was her that told Billy who Clean Queen really was. Billy and Raul are friends again, now that Billy has given Raul a second chance at life.

After Warton testified that he had helped Matt frame Nick, Nick was found not guilty on all of the charges that had been filed against him. Dr. Kimbrough told Olivia that he saw no signs that pointed to Raul having diabetes. Lynne handed over evidence to Paul that seemed to show that Isabella's husband operated an escort service. Isabella told Michael that she wanted out of the plot that had been hatched to keep Paul in Genoa City.

Tricia signed herself out of the hospital. Tricia returned home to her apartment, thinking Ryan is still her loving husband. Brittany admitted she didn't sleep with Billy in the pool house last summer. Mac pretended she made a copy of the tape in order for Brittany to tell the truth. Nick and Nikki pleaded with Mr. Richards to reduce Warton's sentence. The Judge granted Warton, Time Served plus the maximum probation period. Warton is a free man, thanks to Nick, a man of his word. Raul shoved Mack in an elevator with Billy and the elevator stops in mid level. Neil admits he finds Alex attractive but can't act on impulses because Alex is dating Malcolm. Brad would like to take a more active role in Colleen's life. Ashley is supportive but not too thrilled on the idea. Jack wished to have a child of his own.

Nikki convinced the DA to release Warton from jail so that he could work at Jabot. Ashley remained skeptical about Colleen coming to live in Genoa City. Tricia agreed to be admitted to Fairview Psychiatric Hospital. Billy broke up with Brittany and reunited with Mackenzie. Nick and Sharon reconnected in an exotic way. Malcolm agreed to postpone his battle for visitation until school let out for the summer. Paul was shocked to learn that Christine had agreed to take a case in Australia.

Mac decided that she wants to be involved, in front of the camera this time. Brittany asked Jill about Mac's secret. Victoria asked Brittany to give her a call. Jack is considering blackmailing Jill into backing off of Mac by using her relationship with Sean. Sean and Jill made love and he shared some of his past with her. Phyllis overheard Michael talking with a mystery woman but he demanded that she not try to investigate her identity. Paul scheduled a visit with James but cancelled it after Isabella received a questionably threatening letter from him. Traci told Jack that Steve is having an affair. Colleen is excited about working for Jabot. Malcolm tried to get a reluctant Alex to open up about her past. Alex made Raul's doctor very nervous and he confided to Olivia that Lawson Medical was a source of frustration for him.

Victor told Nikki that he respected her for standing up for what she believes in (by keeping Warton on at Jabot) and told her that they can be friends. Nikki decided to do some investigating of her own into Isabella's past. Isabella and Mary bonded while discussing children. Tricia checked herself out of the hospital, signed the divorce papers, conjured up a "figment" of Carter/Matt, began confiding in him, and appeared to be about to poison Noah. Sharon grew livid and Victoria uneasy upon hearing that Tricia was out of the hospital. Victor demanded that Keith take a leave of absence to keep a close eye on Tricia. Alex talked Malcolm out of skipping town with Nate and he arranged a "prom night" for her. Michael expressed his concerns about Olivia's position with Malcolm where Nate is concerned. Jack convinced a gun-shy Phyllis to marry him. The Jabot Boutique got underway. Brittany sent a letter to Mac's old school for them to forward to Mac's mom. JT tried to warn Mac about Brittany but was interrupted by Billy. Rianna seemed hurt by JT's obvious real feelings for Mac. Colleen remained upset about Steve and remained at the Abbott home.

Tricia gave Noah a piece of Candy and Noah later identified Tricia to Sharon as the lady who gave it to him. Victor had the candy analyzed. After the "prom" Olivia told Malcolm that she was falling in love with him and wanted to move in with him. Malcolm was delighted until he realized that such a move would look bad for his case with Nate. Olivia refused to let Nate stay with Malcolm while she went out of town but Mamie promised to help Malcolm visit with Nate while Olivia was gone. Olivia got the goods on Lawson Medicals recruiting tactics and agreed to testify against them. Paul kissed Isabella passionately before leaving to search James Franklin's cousin's cabin where he found nude photos of Isabella and evidence incriminating James. Paul spoke with the Assistant United States Attorney and got immunity for Isabella but was very distraught about what he found. Michael defended Christine to Mary who became so upset with their conversation that she slapped him. Traci agreed to let Colleen move in with Brad and Ashley. Jill raked Brittany over the coals and Brittany sought comfort in Sean who is convinced she is out for revenge.

Ryan and Victoria discussed plans for their future. Jack gave Phyllis an engagement ring and tried to convince her to consider having children with him. Ashley told Brad that she is no longer comfortable having Colleen stay with them. Billy asked Sean and his mother to carefully edit the video recordings of Rianna's conversation with JT. Jill told Billy about her involvement with Sean. Raul and Rianna finally discussed her past with JT and she tried to convince him that their first time together would be special. After Raul stormed off, Rianna told Mac and Billy that she no longer intends to be a part of the Glo by Jabot house. Sean informed Jack, Jill, and Ashley that the hits to the Glo by Jabot website have doubled because of the tension among the group. After hearing testimony from Malcolm and Olivia in the visitation case, the judge insisted upon hearing from Nate directly.

Nikki left for Brazil after sharing a tender goodbye with Victor. Paul told Isabella that Christine was in town the night they made love and saw them together. Paul warned Michael about any involvement he may have with his divorce. Michael kissed Isabella. The Judge granted regular visitation to Malcolm. Malcolm proposed to Alex. Billy told Mac that he loves her. Raul broke up with Rianna after she refused to have sex with him. Brittany kissed Sean on camera. Colleen expressed her desire to have a relationship with Brad, which upset Ashley. Ryan and Tricia's divorce was granted. Keith witnessed Tricia "talking" to "Matt." Tricia daydreamed about poisoning Ryan and Victoria. Phyllis was rushed to the operating room.

Sharon refused to have a paternity test and tripped over a chair after overhearing Nick's car crash outside their home. Isabella slapped Lauren, accused her of wanting Paul for herself, and made love with Michael after confiding her fears about Paul. Phyllis overheard Alex and Neil discuss their feelings for each other. After sharing a kiss with Alex, Neil ended things with Olivia. Phyllis confronted Alex but decide not to tell Malcolm right away. Raul broke up with Rianna.

Sean did a striptease for Jill.

Tricia raped a drugged Victor but he was arrested for raping her. Paul saw Tricia put evidence from the penthouse in her purse but she disappeared before the police could question her, and later decided to go after Victoria. Victoria and Ryan continued planning their wedding. Jill and Sean reconciled. Malcolm and Olivia concluded that Neil is involved with another woman. Traci told Brad and Ashley that she is worried about Colleen's behavior of late and her new friends. Colleen and her new friends spent an evening smoking marijuana.

Traci found a marijuana pipe in Colleen's room and confronted her about it. Phyllis told Jack about her plans for in vitro fertilization and suggested that they have a smaller wedding. When questioned by Olivia, Alex denied being the other woman in Neil's life. Rianna and JT kissed and went on a date. Victor's DNA matched evidence in the rape kit and evidence of drugs were found in his blood. Victoria was shocked to find Tricia waiting for her in the Bride's room of the church - dressed in an identical wedding dress and veil.

After stuffing Victoria into a closet, Tricia was unveiled at the wedding ceremony and subsequently shot Ryan, who later made it through emergency surgery. Tricia was arrested but had no memory of the horrific events at the church. Phyllis began fertility treatments. Traci met Colleen's new friends and later searched her room for drugs. The Abbott family celebrated Abby's first birthday and planned a cruise. Amanda discovered that her abusive ex-husband is searching for her. Sean and Jill made plans for their vacation.
