Favorite Storyline
Don Quixote in Love: Reformed manipulators Chelsea and Adam fall in love, but they grow apart after Chelsea's miscarriage. In an effort to repair his karma, Adam saves bipolar Sharon from the burning Newman ranch, hides her in an abandoned cottage on his property, provides her with an alibi, and gets her psychiatric help. Chelsea's insecurities about Sharon lead to the end of her marriage to Adam. Alone, Adam continues his redemption, despite his family's lack of trust in his motives. (Y&R) 31 %
Sins of the Father: Ricky's fury at having his murderous past discovered by both Eden and Daisy puts both women in harm's way. Daisy ominously disappears, and Paul finds Ricky holding a knife to an unconscious Eden's throat. Ricky's recriminations devastate Paul. Paul is forced to make the bitter choice to shoot his son to save Eden. Ricky falls to his death. Evidence, witnesses, and memories vanish as a tormented Paul embraces a murder charge as his just deserts. (Y&R) 30 %
How The Mighty Fall: Jack's botched wedding to Genevieve ends tragically when a shot fired by a deranged Patty paralyzes him from the waist down, leading to months of physical therapy with Sarge and a risky surgery. Jack's takeover of Newman Enterprises leaves him on top of the world. Excruciating back pain after the surgery leads Jack down the path of pill addiction and dangerous behavior, alienating everyone except Adam and risking Jack's complete annihilation. (Y&R) 20 %
Mad About You: An increasingly unstable Sharon is seemingly abandoned by Victor on their wedding eve, leaving her easy prey for Tucker's manipulations. Sharon takes over Newman Enterprises and wreaks havoc. After his funeral, Victor recovers his memory and returns to Genoa City to reward Nikki for her devotion and punish Sharon for her betrayal. Sharon, alone and forsaken, loses her tenuous grip on reality when she suffers hallucinations, causing her to burn down the Newman family's beloved home. (Y&R) 16 %

Code Red: Phyllis' past haunts her when Christine finds a 15-year-old rental car receipt among Ricky's effects, compelling Christine to seek justice. Phyllis' desperate tactics drag Tim back into her web and lead to his tragic death. Ronan abandons ethics for the sake of his lover. Phyllis' behavior traumatizes Summer, and Nick walks out on Phyllis. Christine's case falls apart when the judge excoriates her for exploiting a legal loophole, leaving a guilty Phyllis free, but alone. (Y&R) 17 %

Chloe and Kevin are left with a huge loan they can't pay back. Fears of foreclosure drive the couple to beg from Gloria, borrow from Michael, and steal Adriana's duffel bag of money. (Y&R) 52 %
