Emmy winner Billy J. Miller has signed on to play Billy Abbott for at least a little while longer. The actor, whose contract talks have become an annual "Will he or won't he?" has inked a new Y&R contract. Miller joined The Young and the Restless in 2008.<

Emmy winner Debbi Morgan is headed back to Pine Valley. The actress revealed on Twitter that she's agreed to appear on the web-based version of AMC when it returns. Morgan first appeared as Angie Hubbard in 1982. She's also appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful, Generations, Port Charles, and The Young and the Restless.

Former General Hospital star Steve Burton has officially confirmed his addition to the cast of The Young and the Restless. Burton also explained his reasons for returning to daytime, just a few months after announcing he needed a break. Burton appeared on GH for 21 years.

Genie Francis will reprise the role of Laura Spencer on ABC's General Hospital next month. The actress was wooed back by executive producer Frank Valentini, who promised "nice stuff" for Francis to play. Francis debuted on GH in 1976, but has been off-screen since 2008.

Kin Shriner will return to General Hospital as the show continues to pay tribute to nearly 50 years on broadcast television. Shriner made his first appearance as Scott Baldwin in 1977.

Emmy-nominated actress Eileen Davidson is returning to The Young and the Restless. Davidson's return is part of Y&R's 40th anniversary celebration. Davidson, who first appeared as Ashley in 1982, will also continue to air as Days of our Lives' Kristen Blake.

General Hospital has cast The Young and the Restless and Guiding Light vet Emme Rylan in the role of Lulu Spencer. Rylan assumes the role from two-time Emmy winner Julie Berman, who announced last week that she'd decided to leave the show.
