Popular soap stars Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin, The Young and the Restless) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers, Y&R; ex-Nina Reeves, General Hospital) entertain fans with a creative "social distancing dance party" in a grocery store parking lot.

When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. When life gives you social distancing measures due to a coronavirus pandemic, you get together with one of your best friends for a parking lot dance party in which you both stay six feet away from each other while boogying to disco music. Well, at least, that's what two stars of The Young and the Restless did!

Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers, Y&R; ex-Nina Reeves, General Hospital) delighted fans with their video post of the two of them meeting in a grocery store parking lot and dancing to the Andrea True Connection song "More, More, More." As viewers can see, LeBlanc wore a face mask, and the pair kept an appropriate distance from each other as they got down to the disco tune.

Shares LeBlanc, "When your friend says Social Distancing Dance Party, parking lot of Whole Foods...5:30...YOU DON'T ASK QUESTIONS...YOU JUST DO IT!!! 6 feet? SURE! 6 feet of LUV!"

Adds Stafford, "DANCE LIKE NO ONE'S WATCHING... And no one WAS watching cuz nobody is out... This was our 'Grocery Store Parking Lot Dance Party'"

The entire nation is feeling the effects of the current COVID-19 crisis, which has infected at least 140,000 people and killed over 2,000 in the U.S. alone. Meanwhile, millions of people have been ordered to socially distance and/or stay at home to prevent the spread of the disease. LeBlanc and Stafford's social distancing dance party video was a welcome boost of positivity for soap fans, who are also reeling from the news that all four daytime dramas have gone on hiatus and the Daytime Emmy Awards were canceled due to the pandemic.

LeBlanc and Stafford aren't the only daytime stars who are providing distractions for fans who are stuck at home. Several soap opera actors have started podcasts to keep fans entertained. To find out more about them, click here.

As a reminder, before you even think about making your own parking lot dance video, please remember to adhere to all guidelines and recommendations in your area.
