Paul pulled out all the stops to propose to Christine. Sharon Collins set her sights on Nick. Victor made a sacrifice to protect Newman Enterprises. Florence Webster was shocked when Nina showed her Victoria's nude photo in the centerfold of a magazine. The photo created a rift between Victoria and Cole. Ashley noticed that a painting in her lab had been signed by ''Marilyn.''

December 12 to 16, 1994

Paul's mother, Mary Williams, made a surprise appearance at Christine's risqué bridal shower. Drucilla revealed that she was pregnant. Nikki worried about Sharon's interest in in Nick and was furious when Victor paid for Doris Collins' surgery. Jack and John got Jill to sign a contract by saying Jill would be overseeing a new division of day spas.

December 26 to 30, 1994

Christine and Paul's wedding day took a shocking turn when they were mowed down by a hit-and-run driver. Olivia played matchmaker for Malcolm and Stephanie. Drucilla was upset that Neil had planned a family gathering for New Year's Eve when she wanted to spend their last New Year's Eve before the birth of their baby together. Jack and Luan planned to vacation in the Caribbean. Danny told Katherine that he needed to get out of town because of Christine and Paul's marriage, and Katherine declined his offer to go to New York with him. Rick Bladeson, Blade Bladeson's twin, kissed Mari Jo. Mari Jo feared that she'd lost Jack to Luan, but Rick urged her to fight for Jack.
