Ignacio was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has studied various aspects of the entertainment industry, including directing, acting, Tai Chi, modern dance, stage combat and voice practicum, all at Syracuse University. In addition, he has learned salsa, merengue, cumbia, jazz and hip hop. Ignacio is fluent many languages and can read, speak and write French, Spanish and Italian. His theater credits include Othello, Rumors, Barefoot in the Park, and M. Butterfly. He has also expanded his talents into film where he took on the lead role in the film States of Grace.

A sports enthusiast, Ignacio enjoys kung fu, snowboarding, scuba diving and swimming as well as playing soccer and volleyball.
