AMC holding garage sale for charity

Have you ever wished you could own one of Erica Kane's gowns or maybe one of Dr. Hayward's stethoscopes? Well, now you'll have a chance. AMC is holding a garage sale to sell off props and other items that it doesn't need once it moves to Los Angeles. The sale will benefit charity.

All My Children is cleaning house and that means that fans will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of the show's 40-year history. On Monday, November 23, The Rachael Ray Show will be hosting a special garage sale, selling props, set pieces, memorabilia, and wardrobe from All My Children. Everything that is not making the move to Los Angeles is being sold.

All proceeds from the sale will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The garage sale will be taped for broadcast on a future episode of The Rachael Ray Show, so be aware that you will more than likely appear on camera. The event is not an actual taping of Rachael Ray's program, so there are no tickets, no seats, and no guests to see.

Date: Monday, November 23, 2009Time: 11am to 3pm (EST)Location: The Rachael Ray Studio, 222 East 44th between 2nd and 3rd in New York City.

There is no need to call the studio or sign up for tickets. Fans simply show up that day and a representative from the show will guide them. Cash and credit cards accepted.
