For the first time, ABC is allowing All My Children fans the opportunity to own exclusive photographs from AMC's 40 years on the air. 40 different photos have been selected to showcase some of the memorable moments from the show's four decades on the air.
In honor of its continuing 40th anniversary celebrating, All My Children is offering fans the chance to own a piece of history. For the first time ever, the ABC soap is opening up its private, archival photograph collection and offering fans the opportunity to purchase special cast images that date all the way back to the series premiere in 1970.
ABC has selected one photograph from each of the years that All My Children has been on the air. Those images capture some of the classic and most memorable moments from the show's history: a punk rock Kelly Ripa long before she was palling around with Regis, Josh Duhamel trying to transform Greenlee long before he was battling robots from outerspace, and, of course, Erica Kane and her many men.
Speaking of La Kane, Susan Lucci, the only original All My Children cast member still on contract with the show, has signed a limited number of photos from her first months playing the legendary diva. Each signed headshot, also available for purchase, will come with a certificate of authenticity.
"I think it's a wonderful way to share the memories with our fans," Lucci said. "When the fans see the pictures, they will remember scenes that they have seen and experiences they have seen in their own lives with All My Children as a backdrop."
