Susan Lucci will appear on the July 10 episode of Katie, during which Lucci will talk about whether or not Erica Kane will ever return to Pine Valley.
In addition to discussing her role on the new primetime soap, Devious Maids, Lucci will also talk about the question on every All My Children fan's mind: will she ever return to All My Children?
"I certainly would," Lucci tells Couric in a clip of the show available below. "We're hoping that that can happen."
Lucci explains that there have been scheduling conflicts that have prevented her from reprising her iconic character. Lucci had been in Atlanta filming Devious Maids; All My Children is taped in Connecticut. Ironically, now that production of Devious Maids has wrapped, All My Children is currently on hiatus.
