Soap alum Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, Days of our Lives; ex-Amanda Dillon, All My Children) will not be going home with a Mirror Ball trophy, as she has been voted off Dancing with the Stars.

In an almost unbelievable moment, Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, Days of our Lives; ex-Amanda Dillon, All My Children) and her Dancing with the Stars partner, Gleb Savchenko, were eliminated from this year's competition, bringing the actress' run on the reality series to an end.

The emotional moment was a bit of a surprise because, though there was a double-elimination scheduled, The Real's Jeannie Mai had to drop out due to health concerns, so the remaining contestants only had to worry about one other slot. Stause has also been a fan favorite during the competition, so many viewers didn't think she'd be the one to get the axe.

Alas, though she and Gleb performed a moving and sensual Viennese Waltz to Rihanna's "Love on the Brain," they didn't make the cut after finding themselves in the bottom two alongside Disney's Skai Jackson and Alan Bersten.

During deliberations on who was to be sent home, judge Carrie Ann Inaba said: "Chrishell, you've been growing slowly and steadily, and I'm so proud of that. Every week, I see a little bit of growth. But Skai, you've gone up and down, and you've handled it like a boss, so Skai and Alan, I'm saving you."

Stause earned 24/30 for her routine and later earned an extra two points as part of the annual relay race.

In the pre-dance video package, Stause expressed that she was having a bit of a tough time juggling her busy schedule.

"Being on Dancing with the Stars is a full-time job. While doing the show, I'm having to do my full-time job at a high-end real estate [firm], where we film [the Netflix series] Selling Sunset," she shared, adding that while practicing her routines for the week, she was also juggling three huge real estate listings. She credited her colleagues and Selling Sunset costars Mary Fitzgerald and Jason Oppenheim for helping her get through the week.

"They've been amazing at helping me pick up the slack," Stause enthused. "I really need to go out there and show them that they're helping me for a reason and make them proud!"

Stause's elimination from the primetime competition series comes after two other daytime alums were cut. On Monday, October 5, Anne Heche (ex-Vicky Hudson/Marley Love, Another World) was the first soap opera star to be voted off, followed by Jesse Metcalfe (ex-Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald, Passions), who was sent home the following week.

At this time, it's unclear if Chrishell Stause, Anne Heche, Jesse Metcalfe, and the other ejected couples will return for the DWTS finale later this season, as is usually the case in most seasons. Keep checking back to Soap Central for updates as they come.

Following her elimination, Stause spoke with ET about what being a part of Dancing with the Stars meant to her and how grateful she was for having had the opportunity to participate.

"I feel like this show has been very therapeutic," she confessed. "We worked through so many things through this. I've had to talk about things that I didn't necessarily want to talk about, and I've had to push myself. In doing that, it's just freed me up a little bit."

She added, "I know it should be a sad moment right now, because, of course, I didn't want to leave, but I'm so happy that I've had this experience, and I'm so grateful. It's a once in a lifetime experience, and I'll never forget it."
