It is Yuno who is currently standing and pushing the charge forward. Yuno was using his Mana Zone: Never-Never Land spell, which allowed him to keep up with Lucius and ultimately injure him.

Yuno has reached his strongest form at the moment, as he is half-coated in Anti-Magic. With this new buff, he might be able to throw a huge wrench in Lucius’s plans. He is wielding Asta’s Demon Dweller in his Spirit Dive Mode. So now, he has Wind Magic, Star Magic, and Anti-Magic to fight against the greatest threat he has ever faced.

But with the current state of things, yes, Lucius is stronger than Asta. Technically, he has defeated him. Physically, at least.
