Boruto: Sarada Uchiha might not become a Hokage, and here's why

Sarada Uchiha is one of the most important characters in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. The writers didn’t treat her well, and fans were quite upset with the underutilization of the character. She has shown a glimpse of her true potential now that her Mangekyo Sharingan ability has been revealed.

Plenty of fans like Sarada Uchiha because she wishes to follow Naruto’s footsteps. His son never wanted to become a Hokage and wished to protect the village from the shadows instead. Sarada, on the other hand, expressed a keen interest in wanting to become the Hokage. She is an ideal candidate given her combat abilities, intellect, and capacity to strategize. These are key requirements of becoming a successful Hokage.

How she expressed her interest made it quite clear that she would become the Hokage. However, that might not be the case in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. There is a very high chance that Sarada Uchiha might not get to become the Hokage in the manga series. It is important to note that things are quite tense in Konohagakure at the moment. Naruto has been sealed into another dimension, and Shikamaru is struggling to maintain order.

Furthermore, the entire village was out to hunt Boruto, and the only one who was attempting to help him was Sarada Uchiha. Sarada and Sumire were the only ones unaffected by Eida’s Omnipotence, and therefore, the village elders will not tolerate Sarada’s attempts to aid a fugitive.

The fugitive in question was portrayed as someone who killed the Hokage. Therefore, Sarada Uchiha might not become Hokage. Furthermore, it will be interesting to see the fate of the village itself. Based on what was shown in the very first chapter of the Boruto series, it was clear that the village was destroyed. If this is the case, the manga authors will not particularly give much attention to the title of Hokage.

Naruto was the protagonist of his show, and that was his main goal. Therefore, there was a clear understanding that he would achieve that goal one day. Sarada, on the other hand, is an important side character at best. Some might even consider her a deuteragonist in the Boruto series. These elements in the equation might prevent Sarada from becoming Hokage at some point in the Two Blue Vortex series.

Sarada’s role in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex

Sarada assumes the role of a deuteragonist in the series. She has accompanied the protagonist’s journey from the get-go, and she is one of the most important characters in the series. Furthermore, she has never left Boruto’s side in the manga. The entire village was after him, but she never betrayed him. She even developed the Mangekyo Sharingan because of him. Therefore, it’s clear that she is a deuteragonist in the series. However, the future might not be entirely bright for her.

She recently revealed her Mangekyo Sharingan ability in the manga series. However, strong Uchiha members are known for suffering from a bad fate. The antagonists are only getting stronger as we speak. It is difficult to gauge what could happen to Sarada. That being said, fans can expect her to play a massive support role when Boruto takes on the main antagonist of the series.
