Dandadan Season 2 Episode 6 recap
Dandadan Season 2 Episode 6 picked up from the previous installments' cliffhanger ending, where Jiji had transformed into the Evil Eye after coming in contact with soy sauce. After getting turned back to normal, the rest of the cast lay around the destroyed house and wondered what to do about their situation.
Right then, the Hayashi performers showed up, offering a solution. The group then got prepared and began delivering an electrifying rock performance that broke through the spirit world, making Seiko’s task of exorcism much easier.
While the Evil Eye’s death seemed all but guaranteed, however, Jiji began pleading with everyone not to kill the yokai, since he had seen its past and made a promise to play with it. Learning of its tragic history, Seiko called off the exorcism and decided to adopt the Evil Eye into the group.
Aira initially argued against the decision, but Okarun and Momo's vow to get stronger to control Jiji eventually convinced her. Later, the group patched up the house with boxes, while Seiko began training Jiji to control his spiritual energy and learn to tame the Evil Eye.
At night, Okarun started his babysitting duty, as he accompanied Jiji to the toilet and checked that the water was always warm. Just when Jiji apologized for the trouble he caused, Okarun revealed his past experience with Turbo Granny and the help he received from Seiko and Momo. When he tried paying them back, Seiko refused his money and told him to help someone else in the future.

Idolizing her coolness, Okarun hoped to imitate her and become just as dependable. This touched Jiji. The next day, after getting ready and eating, Aira, Okarun, and Momo headed to school together, bidding Jiji goodbye on their way out. In class, Momo decided to get a part-time job to fix her freezing house.
Through a referral, she landed a new job. To surprise her, Miko and Muko dragged Okarun all the way to her workplace. Though the protagonist was adamant not to play along with their schemes, he changed his tune as soon as he saw Momo working at a Maid Cafe.
