Don’t Touch Kotesashi (Japanese: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun) is the fall 2025 anime adaptation of Takuya Shinjō’s romantic/erotic comedy manga. The story blends massage therapy, athletics, and dorm life, centering on Kōyō Kotesashi, a dorm masseur whose academic dreams depend on his massage skills. Produced by Quad under the Deregula label, with direction by Hisashi Saitō and series composition by Hagane Shirakigo, the anime maintains the manga’s tonal balance between light eroticism and sincere character development.

Two Don’t Touch Kotesashi episodes have already aired, and they have set the tone clearly. Episode 1 introduced Kotesashi’s routine of muscle work and awkward interactions with athletic girls, coupled with hints of his inner motivations and the dorm’s social dynamics. Episode 2 built upon this setup, revealing deeper frustrations, tension among roommates, and slightly darker emotional beats under the comedic surface.

What Episode 3 Might Unfold (Sneak Peek)

Following two installments of prelude, Don’t Touch Kotesashi is set up to add complexity to character dynamics in Episode 3. Anticipate more emotional conflict: maybe a confrontation between Kotesashi and one of the sportsmen on the limits or performance demands. The preview visuals depict shadows, low-key lighting, and determined faces, which indicate that the third episode will skew more towards dramatic tones rather than straight-up comedy.

Flashbacks or inner monologues about the causes and reasons FOR Kotesashi can also add some seriousness to his internal struggles. The development will probably strike a balance between romantic tension and more serious elements, not to mention that it will preserve its trademarkawkwardness and empathy in the series.

Since the format of the first two episodes is a combination of surface humor and emotional undertones, episode 3 will help elaborate on the latter without sacrificing the tone. The art design is also regular, with flowing motion at the point of contact between the hands and the bodies, and the score plays to highlight the moments of tension with silence.

Don’t Touch Kotesashi has already developed a solid base of character, setting, and emotional subtext with two episodes already having aired. The planned 12-episode series is now available, which gives the audience an idea of when they will watch. Episode 3 will take off from the comedy of the first episode and the tension of the second episode and is expected to deliver more revelations and emotional nuances without disturbing the balance in the series. The censored version broadcast and the uncensored version online offer accessibility to all parts of the world, and the consistency with which the production team has produced makes it possible to have a stable, well-paced season ahead.
