One fateful day, our main character gets caught in the middle of a holy maiden summoning ritual, and he is transported into a fantasy world. But instead of choosing to go on an adventure or chasing glory, Seiichirou does the unthinkable: he asks for a job. His wish lands him in the Royal Accounting Department, where his “corporate slave” mindset becomes both his greatest strength and biggest weakness.

While rebuilding the kingdom’s accounting systems, Seiichirou relies on powerful nutritional tonics to survive the workload. Unfortunately, these tonics come with dangerous side effects for someone with no resistance to magic, a problem that becomes central to the story’s emotional and romantic core.

So, when Seiichirou’s body in Isekai Office Worker begins breaking down due to magical exposure, Aresh becomes the only person capable of helping him adapt to the world’s magic. This necessity forces the two into close proximity, laying the foundation for the series’ BL romance.

Cast line-up and staff details

Isekai Office Worker is going to be animated by Studio Deen, which is popularly known for taking projects that focus on character-driven stories. The anime is directed by Shinji Ishihira, with series composition handled by Yoshiko Nakamura. Character designs are by Maki Fujii, and the music is composed by Megumi Ohashi. The voice cast includes:
