Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 10 starts with the current timeline, and there is a meeting taking place among human readers. All of them are reviewing the footage of Maru going on a rampage a few chapters ago against the old man. In the clip, it is clear that he not only attacked the cursed user but also Tsurugi. Everyone is panicking as they feel like Maru is a threat, but Usami is trying his best to downplay the incident. He urges them to hear him out, that it is a misunderstanding on their part.

This is true because those who have read the chapter know that Maru did eventually stop. But then he Usami remembers asking Mino to delete the footage, so it means that someone leaked this intel on purpose, and this is the start of a conspiracy brewing within the ranks. The debate keeps on intensifying as the council is looking at the Alien race to be a global threat. Then Usami in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 10 invokes Hakari Provision.

This law originated post-Culling Games in their world. Interestingly, the law states that there can be sanctioned duels between sorcerers in the form of regulated combat. This is a callback to Kinji Hakari's underground fight club. Usami uses his strategic thinking and states that Maru's battle in this scenario was underder this law. While most of the council is baffled that such a law still exists, the move cleverly shields Maru and the Samorians from being branded as aggressors.

And just when tensions seem to settle, a chilling line drops in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 10: “We need to find Itadori Yuji.” The mention of Yuji, accompanied by a brief shot of him in a hood, confirms he’s alive and likely still involved in unseen events.

The Simurians’ debate: Coexistence or conquest

The story in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 10 shifts to Simurians, and we see that the aliens' council is divided between advocating peace and the other half pushing for invasion. Another important information is dropped that their leader has the power to veto, but only twice. It means if he goes against war once, he only has one more rejection before it might be his last.

In a funny twist, Gege shows us that they are still kids as they agree on making takoyaki, Maru's favorite dish.

Now, as they don't have ingredients, they have a comedic event about a grocery run that lightens the tone in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 10 after so much tension. From the previous two chapters, giving us the tragic flashback on the Simurians to getting confirmation on Itadori Yuji being alive in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen, it seems like Gege Akutami has given us a milder chapter before he delivers a major storm.
