What to expect from the new season

The story picks up right where Season 2 left off. Kanata's elbow injury cost him second gear at the worst possible moment during the final race at Peninsula Manazuru. He got overtaken by multiple rivals, but instead of giving up, something inside him snapped. That raw fighting spirit everyone's been waiting to see? It's awake now.

Plus, there’s Yuma Uchida (Megumi Fushiguro in Jujutsu Kaisen), who reprises the role of Kanata Katagiri, so you already know to expect some subtle intensity. Ayane Sakura (My Hero Academia’s Ochako Uraraka) provides the voice for Ren Saionji and has teased key relationships and racing moments this season.

There's also a new character joining the mix. Model and talent Nanako Aizawa voices Emma Green, a stoic young driver with a connection to Kanata. Her addition adds another layer to the already stacked competition.

And of course, the music slaps. Yu Serizawa is back with the opening theme TIMELESS POWER feat. MOTSU, marking their third collaboration. If you enjoyed those eurobeat vibes from the previous two seasons, it’s getting an even bigger one this time. MOTSU says this chorus will be the coolest and most powerful eurobeat ever, so we’re really excited about it.

The ending song is called Yokan no Tochuu. It’s sung by Himika Akaneya and made by ☆Taku Takahashi from m-flo. The song is soft and emotional, and it helps calm things down after all the loud, fast racing action.

Conclusion

MF Ghost Season 3 is looking like the most exciting season ever. Kanata is trying his hardest to win, new racers show up to challenge him, and the fast eurobeat music makes every race feel awesome.

Don’t forget the date; it starts on January 4, 2026. And if you really can’t wait, you can watch it a little earlier on Prime Video starting January 1. Either way, buckle up.
