In this, he also seems like he is going to use it in other instances. The investigation into Fat Gum, Aizawa, and Kaniko Kaniyashiki should continue to progress. With so many people (police and heroes) looking into the various parts of the Trigger drug supply chain, we should see better cooperation amongst them to catch the people who ran the show. While on tour in Osaka, Pop☆Step might run into some trouble in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2 Episode 2 since the authorities already had their eyes on her in episode one. It is a pretty cool contrast of what her vigilante side does while at the same time keeping up with her idol persona. I can see how that would create some drama. What Happened in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2 Episode 1?Hotta Brothers and Aizawa (Image Source: Studio Bones Film)In the premiere episode, Koichi finds out by accident that he can now use his Slide and Glide quirk to stick himself to walls (like Spider-Man!) with reverse propulsion. He was rushing to catch a train when he figured this out.The show then shifts to Osaka, where Pop☆Step is working hard to create an idol career for herself. Also, there was Fat Gum, checking out the areas where Trigger drugs were being sold. There was a funny scene of him running toward his nearby takoyaki stand while dodging bullets to get there and eat them, and Koichi being lucky enough to catch the food just before it hit the ground.Kaniko Kaniyashiki is a bubbly crab saleswoman who seems a bit shady from the get-go but turns out to be an undercover cop teaming up with Fat Gum to bust the drug cartel. Her upbeat attitude is a great cover for her real mission.Later in the episode, Aizawa shows up and runs into the Hotta Brothers, a pair of Kamen Rider fans who use grasshopper powers to get into trouble. He quickly took away their transformations with his Erasure quirk, and then that surprised him and me when he asked them to work for him as informants while having coffee together. At the end of the episode, law enforcement officers were talking about the different ways that drugs are trafficked, including a "crab route" that put Kaniko in the hot seat at first. Her cover has been confirmed, so we will see what happens next in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2 Episode 2.
