The main characters of this movie are 2 Japanese girls who both wanted to be artists back in the early 1900s. Fujiko wants to paint, and Chizuru is attracted to being a ballerina. The movie starts with Fujiko and Chizuru meeting in Yokohama, and destiny reunites them again in Paris. The title "L'étoile de Paris en Fleur" translates to "The Flowering Star of Paris." It relates to the movie's main focus - reaching for your dreams.

Also, the contribution of Ryokuoushoku Shakai to L'étoile de Paris en Fleur is an important step forward in the long-term partnership between the band and the anime industry. The song "Kaze ni Noru" (Ride the Wind) captures the spirit behind the themes of determination and creative expression found in the film.
