The One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 is definitely a change of pace from what we've seen so far in this season. Instead of continuing the trend of superhero team-up style battles where S-Class heroes are pummeling monsters in public, Episode 8 takes place in a more personal space. The S-Class heroes have gone underground, and now they are in the Monster Association's labyrinth.

"Ninja Tale," the title of the One Punch Man Episode 8, is premiering on November 30, 2025, at 7:45 AM PT/10:45 AM ET on Hulu, and this episode finally spotlights Flashy Flash. Viewers will get to see what his life has been like outside of the limelight and the rigorous training that he went through, as well as the village that made him into a lethal weapon. His confrontation with Hellfire and Gail promises to expose secrets that have been deliberately kept in shadow since the season began.

For viewers in the United States, One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 is not available on Crunchyroll; Hulu is the only streaming platform where the episode can be found. For viewers in the United States, there are also Disney+ bundles that include Hulu. For international viewers, the availability of One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 is very different from the United States: in many European countries and in the United Kingdom, viewers can watch the episode on Crunchyroll.

What Can You Expect from One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8?

The One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 centers on ninja warriors and their dark past. Flashy Flash will likely take center stage as the narrative explores his origins. There’s been a buildup to a fight between him and Hellfire and Gail from previous episodes, so they will probably be more focused on him.

Also, since One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 has the name "Ninja Tale", it’s going to be more focused on them, too. We may also learn more about the ninja's secret ninja village and how it created some of the strongest characters in One Punch Man through the insane training they went through.

The group of S-Class Heroes is now entering the headquarters of the Monster Association. They will be split up into different hallways. The support team on the surface can't go into the dark, dangerous area underneath.

What Happened in One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 7?

Episode 7, titled "Counterstrike," saw the heroes finally spring into action. The S-Class Heroes arrived with the help of A-Class and B-Class Support Heroes and were immediately ambushed by a combined force of monsters that were working together.

The main threat from the ambush was the Evil Eye. This monster possesses almost unlimited psychic power, and he used it to throw entire buildings at the Hero Team. Gyoro-Gyoro had given him the evil eyes (that were implanted by the last loser monster), and they gave him superhuman abilities.

Tatsumaki handled the situation with overwhelming force. She created a protective barrier for the team while simultaneously battling the Evil Eye. Her temperamental nature showed when she nearly let debris crush the support team, testing their worthiness.

Finally, the Support Heroes had their moment in the sun. Captain Mizuki shone. The viewers were amazed at her incredible athletic fighting style. She was amazing as she used Olympic-style techniques to defeat the watermelon monsters. She caught the eye of Dark Shine with her amazing athletic skills.

Other S-Class heroes displayed their unique abilities. Dark Shine's invulnerable body shattered monsters through sheer physical force. Pig God consumed enemies whole. Flashy Flash moved faster than the eye could follow. Each hero methodically eliminated the weaker monsters.

The episode concludes with a tactical change within the series; the heroes will begin their descent below ground to the base of the Monster Association, and at that point, Secondar warns all heroes that they must commence battle individually because gaining assistance will no longer be viable.

One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 builds directly from these events. As the heroes now embark on their assault on the Monster Association’s underground lair, the storyline will explore each character further while still utilising the pace and excitement first introduced in Episode 7.
