The story of the With You, Our Love Will Make It Through anime follows a high school girl named Mari Asaka, who encounters another student named Tsunagu Hidaka, a beastfolk who transfers to her class. Humans and beastfolk coexist, but hate complicates things. Mari isn’t completely sold on Tsunagu at first, but as time goes on, he reveals his kind heart, passion, and charm. Their relationship blossoms into love, although pairings of humans and beastfolk aren’t technically accepted by society.

Behind the scenes, the production team of the With You, Our Love Will Make It Through anime includes some well-known names. Shin Itagaki (So I’m a Spider, So What?) is directing alongside Hiromi Kimura (Cop Craft), who also serves as character designer.
Itagaki (Teekyuu 2) is handling the scripts as well, while music is being composed by Akiyoshi Yasuda (Real Girl Season 2). Other staff members include Masakazu Miyake (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Part 2) as art director and Miyuki Hohata (Non Non Biyori Repeat) on color design. The animation is being handled by Millepensee.
